BACKGROUND:
A talented athlete growing up, Taylor was recruited to the sport of bobsleigh while
playing four years of football with the Calgary Colts in the CJFL.
Following successful completion of a selection camp, Taylor started bobsleigh during
the 2010-11 season where he competed in ABA Cup races. He competed on the
Alberta Bobsleigh Team last year where he suited up for Canada in two America’s
Cup races.
Taylor played a number of sports during his childhood including soccer, baseball
and football.
When not on the playing field he enjoys spending time with friends and family,
biking, hiking and skiing.
PARCOURS DANS LE SPORT :
Athlète doué dès un très jeune âge, Taylor a été recruté dans le sport de bobsleigh
après quatre années de jouer au football avec les Calgary Colts de la CJFL.
Ayant réussi le camp de sélection, Taylor a commencé à concourir au bobsleigh en
saison 2010-11 dans le circuit de Coupe ABA. L'an dernier, il concourait pour
l'équipe de bobsleigh de l'Alberta et il a représenté le Canada à deux compétitions
de Coupe Américaine.
Taylor pratiquait bon nombre de sports pendant son enfance, incluant le soccer, le
baseball et le football.
Quand il ne concourt pas, Taylor aime passer son temps avec ses amis et sa famille,
ou faire du vélo, de la randonnée ou du ski.
