The two managing directors and founders, Dominique Oger and
Stéphane Schaumburg share company management since its
inception in 1997.
Ecartip has had the opportunity to exercise its various skills outside of France.
The creation of Ecartip Management, the Group Holding, consolidates the governance and preserves an independence of activities, held 100% by the owners.
Company developments
The specific development needs of Madagascar justified the
creation of a branch office for the Indian Ocean region, at
Tananarive.
In addition, our teams frequently intervene in support of major
offshore construction companies in Europe, Africa, South
America…
Ecartip is a young company which bases its success
on the high level of training of its personnel. It takes advantage of
its proximity to the client, the construction sites, and to the personnel.
ITS manages the park of surveying equipment, develops its proposals of services, and used equipment sales by targeting companies (construction and surveying).

Scan Services proposes innovative technical solutions corresponding to the needs of the major construction companies.
The involvement of ILS Indian Ocean confirms its regional position and insures its presence in emerging markets: South Africa, the
Red Sea, and the Persian Gulf.

Since the beginning, Ecartip has invested in the development of
tools for measuring and managing survey data, and through
partnerships with equipment manufacturers, software editors,
major construction companies, infrastructure operators, research
laboratories, and engineering schools.
