Responsabilité : La responsabilité de l’organisateur du Rare Boat Show 2011, ainsi que le Riva Club
de France, ne serait être engagée pour les dommages ou inconvénients sur l'eau ou à terre. Tous les
participants doivent avoir les documents nécessaires et les permis et tout dispositif de sécurité et de
navigation à bord qui est requis par la loi de son propre pays. La participation au Rare Boat Show
2011 est un libre choix des participants et les propriétaires des bateaux, c'est leur responsabilité de
décider s'ils vont prendre part à la navigation, en fonction des conditions météorologiques et la
capacité et la formation de leur équipage.
Droits Photo et Vidéo droits : Je suis d’accord pour que mon image ainsi que celle de mon bateau
puisse apparaître sur différents supports dans le cadre du Rare Boat Show et du Riva Club de France.
Responsibility : No responsibility will be charged to the Rare Boat Show organisation, either the Riva
Club de France for damages or inconveniences in the water or ashore. All participants must have
the necessary documents and licenses and any safety and navigation device aboard which is required
by the law of his own nation. The participation to the Rare Boat Show is a free choice of the
participants and the owners of the boats; it is their responsibility to decide if they will take part in the
navigation, depending on the weather conditions and the ability and training of their crew.
Photo and Video Rights : I agree that my image and that of my boat can appear in different media
under the Rare Boat Show and the Riva Club de France.
