Programme objective Objectif du Programme Objective 1.1 Objectif 1.1 Objective 1.2 Objectif 1.2 Objective 2.2 Objectif 2.2 Objective 3.1 Objectif 3.1 Project idea in short (max 300 words) Idée en bref (300 mots max.) Since early 2000 the industrial outlook in the Marche region was as follow: - high potential of local SMEs in terms of structural and technological advancement from "mature" traditional districts towards specilistic areas like advanced mechanics, mechatronics, ICT and new materials; - increasing growth of people's average age and the consequent rising demand of ambient intelligent products and services for healthcare systems, hotel industry and social housing. Therefore, in 2007 a group public and private entities decided to exploit this regional socio-economical peculiarities by developing the Marche Region Cluster on Ambient Intelligence Technologies Indipendent Living and Eco-Sustenaibility, better known as I-LIVE, with the aim to enhancing research excellence, creating jobs, increasing eco-friendly buildings and improving elderly people life quality. I-LIVE is a regional network made of 4 Universities research-driven, 3 regional technological transfer and development centers, 400 SMEs operating already in the RDC sector (including big brands such as Indesit, Elica, Scavolini and Thermowatt), and 5000 SMEs involved in the related supply chain. The I-Live Cluster is a leading yet major EU projects like JADE, co-funded by the 7FP. JADE is seeking to establish a network of Regional authorities meant to sustain R&D in the Ambient Assisted Living area. The idea of WIDER stems firstly from the positive experience of the WIDE project, funded by the MED programme and lead by SVIM SpA, which aims at strenghtening SME capacities and competiviness through organizational innovation and Intangible Assets modernization. WIDE project has developed a multisectorial industrial cross analysis of the regions involved and assessed lacks and needs of over 300 enterprises of the MED area. Thus, drawning upon this analitycal phase, it has been possible to develop a shared methodology for supporting SMEs in renouving their organisational structure. 40 pilot SMEs, selected across over 300 candidatures, are now being supported by experts to implement a customized productive/commercial development plan. Building upon WIDE success, the WIDER project will help SMEs belonging to ILive related sectors (construction, touristic infrastractures, ICT, medical equipments, mechanics, mechatronics and aged people assistance) to increase their performances by detecting their weakness, highlighting needs and releasing potentialities tied to green energy markets and ecofriendly productions. Likewise WIDE, the draft workplan foresees, in cronological order: 1. SMEs technological state-of-the-art and needs recognition; 2. transnational cross analsys of market perspectives in the energy related sectors; 3. development of a shared methodology for structuring productive/commercial develpment plans; 4. realization of several customized paths for selected SMEs (pilot phase). 5. drafting of guidelines addressed to intemediate bodies and local autorities Moreover, WIDER aspires to be "larger" than WIDE and to go further its outcomes: one its specific objectives will be to create and animate a stable international network of Innovation and Technological clusters across the MED area, in order to boost synergies among different national expericences, to share and transfer best practices, to establish opportunities for B2B, R2B and B2R encounters, to create a virtual forum for discussing relevant matters, to share the organisation of international conferences and awarness raising events, to make private and public bodies meet and to influence decision makers at any level towards policies favouring Innovation and support for SMEs operating in /around the green energy sector. Please name the work package you would like to develop Veuillez indiquer le ‘workpackage’ que vous voulez développer 1. Project Management; 2. SMEs needs assessement; 3.
