InAug1992,ChantalwaspromotedtoMCplandpostedtoCFBMontreal,St-Hubert
DetachmentwhereshedeployedtoCroatiafromNovuntilMay1993.Inthesummerof1994,
ChantalwaspostedtoCFLRSSt-Jeanasaninstructor.Fivemonthslater,shewaspromotedto
SgtandpostedtoCFBSt-JeanwhereshewasemployedasICTfcforfiveyears.WhileinSt-Jean
Chantalwasheavilyinvolvedincompetitivesportssuchasbroomball,hockeyandsoftball.With
thehelpofafewfriends,shestartedtheBaseWomen’sHockeyteamandBaseWomen’s
BroomballteamwhichcompetedatRegionalandNationallevels.WinningtheCFNational
BroomballChampionshipononeoccasion.
3.InJul1999,ChantalwaspostedtoCFSALBordenasaninstructor.DuringhertimeinBorden,
shecontinuedenjoyingherfavouritesportsandcompetedatRegionalandNationallevels
playinghockey,broomball,softballandgolf.Chantalenjoyedarareopportunityinparticipating
andwinningtheWorldBroomballChampionshipin2002inVictoria,BC.Chantalwashighly
activeinInter-sectionbroomballandledtheTnCoyteamtomanychampionshipsinthe4years
sheplayed.ChantalcompletedherSportsScholarshipin2003andwasawardedtheADM(Mat)
FemaleAthleteoftheYear.
4.InJul2003,ChantalwaspromotedtoWOandpostedto3CSUMontrealwhereshewas
employedastheOps/PlanWOandICCMTT.Duringhertimeat3CSU,shedeployedtwiceto
KabulasICTfcandtwicetoGermanyworkingfortheAHSVSproject.InJun2009,Chantalwas
promotedtoMWOandpostedto2AirMovSqnastheCargoOfficer.Whileat2AirMovSqn,
ChantalhadtheopportunitytodeploytoPaphos,CyprusasICMAMSforthefirstRIP/TLD
rotationfromSeptoNov2009.InJan2011,shewasonceagaindeployed,thistimeto
Spangdhalem,GermanyasICMAMS.Heradventurewasnotoveryet,Chantalhadtheprivilege
toaccompanyhisexcellencytheGovernorGeneralofCanadaonfourtripsthatbroughtherall
overtheworld.Withoutquestion,Chantalconsidersthisthehighlightofhercareer.

dedéployeràPaphos,ChyprecommeSupMAMSpourlapremièrerotationRIP/TLDdeseptà
