RULES OF THE COMPETITION
The Lions’ Cup is a Ballet on Ice competition.
The rules which applies for this competition are those established by the C.S.N.Ballet available on
http://www.csnballet.org/réglement/
Choreographic Exercise
The Lions’ Cup includes the Choreographic Exercise which has the following elements for the season
2015-2016:

Tentative Unofficial Schedule
The here-below schedule is given for information only:
Official practice sessions will be take place over 2 days with the official time duration of 17 minutes for
the Novice, Junior, Senior and adult categories and 10 minutes for the Open -15 and +15 categories.
- Friday March 25th from 20:30 to 22:30
- Saturday March 26th from 7:00 to 12:00
Following these official practice sessions, the competition will start at 13:00

Choreographic Exercise from 13:00 to 15:00
Free Program from 15:30 to 22:00
Results and podium at 22:15
This schedule will be adjusted according to the number of registered teams and their corresponding
categories. It will be transmitted before the competition.

ORGANISATION OF THE COMPETITION
WELCOME:
The organisers at the registration desk will welcome you at your arrival at the Ice Rink Arena. You will
receive a complete pack including the team list, the timing, a program, the access passes for your team
and the entry tickets.
You must at your arrival give to the organisers the file with the skaters’ qualifications and Ballet licenses
as well as the competition music program on a CD for each program.
The organisers of the competition will be identifiable through their black jackets marked STAFF.
Changing rooms :
The changing rooms will be located inside and outside the Ice Rink Arena.
The teams will have at their disposal.

SECURITY :
The security of the skaters and of the spectators will be assured inside and outside the Ice Rink Arena by
the organisers of the competition and the employees of the Ice Rink Arena.
DECORATION :
The assembly of the props will be carried out at the rear of the Ice Rink Arena under a marquee. The
storage of the props inside is possible depending on their size and quantity.

The Entry fee of 180 euros must be sent to ASMB Danse et Ballet sur Glace before the February 26th

TICKETS INFORMATION
Each club will receive the following passes for one team:
-
1 président pass
1 coach pass
1 choreographer pass
2 passes for prop handlers
2 passes for the team support staff
Then one pass for prop handlers and one pass for team support staff per additional team.
For safety reasons, only people with passes will have access to the changing rooms and prop area.
