For 1 month, Stéphanie Lamorré
secretly filmed the violently suppressed
demonstrations in the heart of the
besieged districts. She brought back
the story of her immersion, through
the perspective of 3 women. These
women are courageous activists, who
explain how invisible their revolution
is. They explain how to make the
insurrection against the authorities
happen, and how to recognise it.
Pendant 1 mois, Stéphanie Lamorré a
filmé clandestinement au cœur des
quartiers assiégés, les manifestations
violemment réprimées. Elle nous
rapporte le récit de son immersion,
à travers le regard de 3 femmes. Des
activistes courageuses qui expliquent
à quel point leur révolution est invisible.
Comment faire exister et reconnaître
l’insurrection contre le pouvoir.

Saddam Hussein’s regime.

All Iraqis in this documentary,
whether Sunni or Shi’ite, agreed to tell
us about the war they experienced,
speaking on camera for the first time.
