INSTRUCTION FOR USE
Todos los elementos no esterilizables que se manipulen en el curso del servicio dental deben ser desinfectados utilizando los procedimientos habituales de higiene dental.

Self Curing Soft Chairside Reline Material
DESCRIPTION
Henry Schein SoftLine Chairside Reline Material is a denture reline acrylic which is self-curing and fast setting and provides a soft, non-irritating tissue bearing surface. It decreases patient
discomfort and faults such as crazing and warping. Henry Schein Softline Reline Material produces a very dense and non-porous reline which is accomplished by the extra fine granules of
powder and cross-linking liquid. It provides a strong reline material which is highly resistant to the absorption of stains and odors.
INDICATIONS FOR USE
Henry Schein Softline is used for temporary relining of the tissue bearing surface of the acrylic of full and partial removable dentures when the tissue needs a soft surface to facilitate healing or
when the patient cannot tolerate a hard acrylic surface on the mucosa.
FORMULATION
The liquid and primer are primarily mono-methacrylate monomers; the powder is long chain polymethacrylate beads; the combination contains a cold curing catalyst system.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
1. Clean the denture with soap and water. Trim high spots and irritating rough surfaces and remove a thin layer from the tissue bearing surface of the denture using an acrylic bur.
Do not reduce the border height but abrade slightly with the bur.
2. To assure a good seal between the liner and the denture base, apply a coat of Acrylic Bonding Primer.
3. When bonding is not desired on surfaces of acrylic teeth, interproximal areas, outer ridges, acrylic filling materials, jackets, bridges or opposing dentures, apply water soluble
silicone lubricant for protection.
4. Measure the quantity of powder and liquid using the two red vials provided. The small vial is for the liquid. The large vial is for the Pink Powder. Fill the vials to the top with each
material. Pour the liquid into the mixing cup, then add the powder.
5. Using a stainless steel spatula, mix thoroughly for 30 seconds. Allow the mixture to “gel” to the desired consistency, approximately 2 minutes. Spread the material from the crest
of the ridge to the periphery covering the postdam area and borders. For a lower denture, reline all tissue contact areas.
6. Insert the denture and have the patient close his/her mouth lightly in centric position. Press the denture back to reduce excessive labial bulk. Have the patient bite gently to a
comfortable position and proper vertical dimension. To obtain a functional fit, have the patient suck in the cheeks and purse the lips.
7. Remove the denture at 3 minutes after insertion. If there are any voids, more freshly mixed material can be added at this time.
8. Replace the denture in the mouth for an additional 3 minutes, keeping the teeth in relaxed occlusion.
9. Bench cure for 20 minutes before washing with cold water.
10. Softline has a rubber-like consistency after setting.
11. A slow turning lathe and special burs for rubbery materials may be used for tirmming and polishing. Continuous cooling of the surface may be required during this
finishing process.
WARNINGS

contain methacrylates which are highly flammable and irritating to eyes, respiratory system and skin. Handle with protective gloves
If contact with eyes occur, flush with copious amounts of water and seek medical advice.
If either liquid contacts the skin, wash with soap and water.
In case of ingestion, seek medical attention immediately.
Any non-sterilizable item that is handled in the delivery of the dental service, should be disinfected by standard dental office hygiene procedures.
The liquids are highly volatile and flammable. Keep away from any source of ignition.
Do not use in patients with allergy to these materials.
Do not empty into drains.
STORAGE
Replace caps and lids immediately after use.
Store liquids in well ventilated areas.
The system is designed to be stored between 50°F - 75°F (10°C-24°C).
Shelf life is 2 years.
Do not store in the proximity of eugenol-containing products. Do not store in intense light.

compatible, molle, et non-irritante. Il peut réduire l’inconfort que peut ressentir le patient, ainsi que les problèmes tels que fissures et déformations. La poudre à grains extra-fins et le liquide de
réticulation qui entrent dans la composition du matériau Henry Schein pour rebasage, utilisable au fauteuil, assurent un rebasage très dense, non poreux, et très résistant aux taches et à
l’absorption des odeurs.
INDICATIONS
SoftLine d’Henry Schein est destiné au rebasage provisoire des surfaces de contact avec les tissus, des prothèses acryliques amovibles, totales et partielles, lorsque les muqueuses demandent
une surface de contact molle pour faciliter la cicatrisation, ou lorsque le patient ne supporte pas de surface acrylique dure sur ses muqueuses.
COMPOSITION
Le liquide et le conditionneur (primer) sont essentiellement des monomères de monométhacrylate; la poudre est constituée de granules de polyméthacrylate à chaînes longues.
La combinaison contient un système catalytique de réticulation à froid.
MODE D’EMPLOI
1. Nettoyer la prothèse à l’eau et au savon. Eliminer les aspérités et les surfaces rugueuses irritantes, puis enlever, avec une fraise en acrylique, une couche très mince de la surface
de contact tissulaire de la prothèse. Ne pas réduire la hauteur du bord mais polir légèrement avec la fraise.
2. Pour une bonne adhérence entre le matériau de rebasage et la base de la prothèse, appliquer une couche de conditionneur adhésif acrylique (Acrylic Bonding Primer).
3. Utiliser un lubrifiant au silicone comme agent de protection quand il n’est pas souhaitable d’obtenir une adhésion, sur les surfaces de dents en acrylique, les zones
interproximales, les marges extérieures, les matériaux d’obturation en acrylique, les jaquettes, les bridges ou les prothèses antagonistes.
4. Mesurer la quantité de poudre et de liquide nécessaire, au moyen des deux fioles rouges fournies. La petite est pour le liquide, et la grande pour la poudre rose. Remplir les fioles
à ras bord. Verser le liquide dans la coupelle à mélanger, puis ajouter la poudre.
5. Avec une spatule en acier inoxydable, bien mélanger pendant 30 secondes. Laisser le mélange se “gélifier” jusqu’à la consistance désirée, ce qui prend environ 2 minutes. Etaler
le matériau depuis la crête du bord jusqu’à la périphérie recouvrant le bourrelet d’adhérence postérieur et les bordures. Pour une prothèse inférieure, rebaser toutes les zones de
contact avec les tissus.
6. Insérer la prothèse et demander au patient de fermer légèrement la bouche en position centrale. Appuyer sur la prothèse pour réduire toute protubérance labiale excessive.
Puis demander au patient de mordre légèrement de sorte qu’il ne ressente aucun inconfort. Ensuite, le faire creuser les joues et pincer les lèvres, pour que la prothèse se mette
bien en place.
7. Retirer la prothèse au bout de 3 minutes. Si des vides apparaissent, ajouter, à ce moment-là, un peu de matériau fraîchement préparé.
8. Remettre la prothèse dans la bouche pendant 3 autres minutes, le patient gardant les dents en occlusion lâche.
9. Polymériser sur la paillasse pendant 20 minutes avant de rincer à l’eau froide.
10. Après la prise, Softline a une consistance caoutchouteuse.
11. Pour meuler et polir, on peut utiliser un tour à rotation lente et des fraises spéciales pour produits de consistance caoutchouteuse. Il peut être nécessaire de refroidir en continu la
surface pendant toute la durée de la finition.
MISES EN GARDE

INDICACIONES DE USO
Henry Schein Softline se utiliza para rebestir temporalmente la superficie de contacto con los tejidos del acrílico de las dentaduras total o parcialmente removibles cuando el tejido necesita una
superficie suave para facilitar la curación o cuando el paciente no puede tolerar una superficie dura de acrílico en la mucosa.
FORMULACIÓN
El líquido y la imprimación son básicamente monómeros de mono-metacrilato; el polvo es un perlado de polimetacrilato de cadena larga; la combinación contiene un sistema catalizador de
polimerizado en frío.
INSTRUCCIONES DE USO
1. Limpie la dentadura con agua y jabón. Recorte los puntos salientes y las superficies rugosas irritantes, y elimine una capa delgada de la superficie de sostén de tejidos de la
dentadura utilizando una fresa para acrílicos. No reduzca la altura del borde, pero efectúe una ligera abrasión con la fresa.
2. Para asegurar un buen sellado entre el rebase superficial y la base de la dentadura, aplique una capa de imprimación para adhesión de acrílico.
3. Cuando no se desee la unión en superficies de dientes de acrílico, áreas interproximales, aristas exteriores, materiales de relleno de acrílico, encamisados, puentes, o dentaduras
opuestas, aplique un lubricante de silicona soluble en agua como protector.
4. Mida las cantidades de polvo y líquido utilizando los dos frascos rojos provistos. El frasco pequeño es para el líquido. El grande es para el Polvo Rosado. Llene los frascos hasta
el tope con cada uno de los materiales. Vierta el líquido en el vaso de mezclado y agregue el polvo.
5. Utilizando una espátula de acero inoxidable, mezcle todo bien durante 30 segundos. Deje que la mezcla forme un “gel” con la consistencia deseada, lo cual tarda
aproximadamente 2 minutos. Distribuya el material desde la cresta de la arista hacia la periferia, cubriendo el área posterior a la placa protectora y los bordes. Para una dentadura
más baja, recubra todas las áreas de contacto con los tejidos.
6. Inserte la dentadura y haga que el paciente cierre la boca ligeramente en la posición céntrica. Presione hacia atrás la dentadura para reducir el abultamiento labial excesivo. Haga
que el paciente muerda ligeramente hasta conseguir una posición cómoda y una dimensión vertical apropiada. Para obtener un ajuste funcional, haga que el paciente succione
hacia adentro sus mejillas y frunza sus labios.
7. Saque la dentadura 3 minutos después de insertarla. Si quedan vacíos, en este momento se puede agregar más material fresco.
8. Vuelva a colocar la dentadura en la boca por 3 minutos más, manteniendo los dientes en oclusión relajada.
9. Polimerícela en el banco de trabajo durante 20 minutos antes de lavarla con agua fría.
10. Softline tiene una consistencia gomosa al fraguar.
11. Para recortar y pulir, se puede usar una fresa de giro lento y brocas especiales para materiales gomosos. Durante este proceso de acabado, puede ser necesario enfriar
continuamente la superficie.
ADVERTENCIAS
que la dentadura permanezca en la boca durante más de 3 minutos durante polimerizado, ya que la reacción exotérmica puede causar quemaduras e irritación. La imprimación y el

CONSERVATION
Reboucher immédiatement après usage.
Conserver les liquides dans des endroits bien aérés, dont la température est comprise entre 10˚ et 24˚C (50˚-75˚F).
La durée de conservation est de 2 ans.
Eviter de garder à proximité de produits contenant de l’eugénol. Ne pas exposer à une lumière vive.

Henry Schein SoftLine Unterfütterungsmaterial zur Anwendung am Patientenstuhl ist ein selbsthärtendes, schnell abbindendes Prothesenunterfütterungsmaterial aus Acryl, das eine weiche,
nichtreizende Gewebetragfläche erzeugt. Es kann unbequeme Stellen und Fehler wie z.B. feine Risse und Verbiegungen beim Patienten reduzieren. Durch seine superfeinen Pulverteilchen und die
Polymerisationsflüssigkeit ermöglicht es die Herstellung einer sehr dichten, nichtporösen Unterfütterung. Das resultierende, starke Unterfütterungsmaterial ist in hohem Maße flecken- und
geruchsbeständig.
INDIKATIONEN
Henry Schein Softline dient zur temporären Unterfütterung der gewebetragenden Oberfläche des Acryls von entfernbaren Ganz- oder Teilprothesen, wenn das Gewebe eine weiche Oberfläche
braucht, um eine Heilung zu beschleunigen, oder wenn der Patient keine harte Acryloberfläche auf den Schleimhäuten vertragen kann.
FORMULIERUNG
Flüssigkeit und Primer bestehen hauptsächlich aus Monomethacrylatmonomeren. Das Pulver besteht aus langkettigen Polymethacrylatkügelchen. Die Kombination enthält ein kalthärtendes
Katalysatorsystem.
GEBRAUCHSANLEITUNG
1. Die Prothese mit Seife und Wasser reinigen. Erhöhungen und reizende Oberflächen trimmen und eine dünne Schicht der gewebetragenden Oberfläche mit einem Acrylbohrer
entfernen. Die Randhöhe nicht reduzieren, sondern nur leicht mit dem Bohrer aufrauhen.
2. Um eine gute Versiegelung zwischen Unterfütterungsmaterial und Prothesenbasis zu sichern, eine Schicht Acryl-Haftprimer auftragen.
3. Wenn kein Haften auf den Oberflächen von Acrylzähnen, Interproximalbereichen, äußeren Kammbereichen, Acrylfüllmaterialien, Jackets, Brücken oder opponierenden Prothesen
gewünscht wird, diese Bereiche durch Auftrag eines wasserlöslichen Silikongleitmittels schützen.
4. Die Pulver- und Flüssigkeitsmengen mit den beiden roten mitgelieferten Messgläsern messen. Das kleine Messgläschen wird für die Flüssigkeit, das große für das rosafarbene
Pulver benutzt. Die Messgläschen bis zum Rand mit dem jeweiligen Material füllen. Die Flüssigkeit in den Mischbecher gießen und das Pulver zusetzen.
5. 30 Sekunden lang mit einer Edelstahlspatel mischen. Die Mischung „gelieren“ lassen, bis die gewünschte Konsistenz erreicht wird, d.h. ca. 2 Minuten. Das Material von der
Kammoberseite zur Peripherie ausstreichen und dabei den hinteren Abdämmungsbereich und die Ränder bedecken. Bei einer unteren Prothese alle Gewebekontaktflächen neu
unterfüttern.
6. Die Prothese einsetzen und den Patienten den Mund fest in zentrischer Position schließen lassen. Die Prothese zurückdrücken, um ein übermäßiges Vorstehen in den
Lippenbereich zu reduzieren. Den Patienten leicht beißen lassen, bis eine bequeme Position und korrekte vertikale Dimension erreicht wird. Um einen funktionellen Sitz zu
erhalten, den Patienten die Backen einsaugen und die Lippen spitzen lassen.
7. Die Prothese 3 Minuten nach Einsetzen entfernen. Falls Leerräume bestehen, kann zu dieser Zeit mehr frisch gemischtes Material eingefüllt werden.
8. Die Prothese nochmals 3 Minuten lang in den Mund zurücksetzen und dabei die Zähne in entspannter Okklusion halten.
9. 20 Minuten lang auf dem Tisch härten lassen, bevor mit kaltem Wasser gewaschen wird.
10. Softline weist nach dem Abbinden eine gummiartige Beschaffenheit auf.
11. Zum Trimmen und Polieren können eine langsam drehende Poliermaschine und Sonderbohrer für Gummimaterialien benutzt werden. Während dieser Endbearbeitung kann evtl.
eine kontinuierliche Oberflächenkühlung erforderlich sein.

WARNUNGEN
Die Prothese während des Härtens
länger als 3 Minuten im Mund lassen, da eine exotherme Reaktion eine Ätzung und Reizung verursachen könnte. Der Acryl-Haftprimer und die
Acrylflüssigkeit enthalten Methacrylate, die hochgradig entzündlich sind und Augen,
Atemwege und Haut reizen können. Bei Umgang mit ihnen Schutzhandschuhe tragen.
Bei Augenkontakt mit großen Mengen Wasser ausspülen und einen Arzt verständigen.
Falls eine der Flüssigkeiten mit der Haut in Kontakt kommt, mit Seife und Wasser waschen.
Bei Verschlucken sofort einen Arzt aufsuchen.
Sämtliche nichtsterilsierbare Artikel, die bei einer zahnärztlichen Behandlung benutzt werden, sind mit standardmäßigen, zahnärztlichen Hygienemaßnahmen zu desinfizieren.
Diese Flüssigkeiten sind hochgradig flüchtig und entzündlich. Von einer Zündungsquelle fernhalten.
Nicht bei Patienten mit Allergien auf diese Materien benutzen.
Nicht in Abflüsse entleeren.

AUFBEWAHRUNG
Kappen und Deckel nach der Anwendung wieder aufsetzen.
Flüssigkeiten in gut ventilierten Bereichen aufbewahren.
Das System soll zwischen 10°C und 24°C aufbewahrt werden.
Die ungeöffnete Lagerzeit beträgt 2 Jahre.
Nicht in der Nähe von eugenolhaltigen Produkten aufbewahren. Keinem starken Licht aussetzen.

Henry Schein Softline Chairside Reline Material is een nieuw rebasing materiaal voor de prothese dat snel-en zelfuithardend is. Het zorgt voor een zachte, niet irriterende, laag in

Henry Schein Chairside Reline Material zorgt voor een sterk en niet poreus rebasing materiaal dat resistent is voor vlekken en geuren. Dit komt door de zeer dichte plaatsing van de
poederkorreltjes en de cross-linked vloeistof.
GEBRUIKSINDICATIES
Softline wordt gebruikt voor het tijdelijk rebasen van prothesen en/of wanneer de patiënt niet tegen een harde reliner kan.

FORMULERING
De vloeistof en de primer zijn voornamelijk mono-methacrylaat monomeren. Het poeder bestaat uit poly-methacrylaat korrels. De combinatie bevat een koud uithardende katalysator.
GEBRUIKSAANWIJZING
1. Reinig de prothese met water en zeep. Werk de drukplekken bij met een kunstharsfrees of steen. Verlaag de rand niet maar ruw hem op met een kunstharsfrees.
2. Breng een laagje acrylic bonding primer aan voor een goede hechting tussen het materiaal en de prothese.
3. Wanneer het materiaal niet moet hechten aan bijvoorbeeld kunststoftanden, interproximale ruimtes, acrylaat vulmateriaal, kronen, bruggen en andere prothese dan dient u die te
isoleren met een wateroplosbare siliconen middel.
4. Gebruik de twee meegeleverde rode flesjes om de juiste hoeveelheid poeder en vloeistof af te meten. Het kleine flesje voor de vloeistof en het grote voor de poeder. Vul ze beiden
tot bovenaan met materiaal.
Giet de vloeistof in een mengnap en voeg vervolgens het poeder toe.
5. Meng goed door gedurende 30 seconden met een metalen spatel. Laat het mengsel geleren tot de gewenste dikte. Dit duurt ong. 2 minuten. Breng het materiaal op
de prothese aan.
6. Plaats de prothese in de mond. Druk de prothese iets naar achter om overtollige lipmassa te vermijden. Laat de patiënt dichtbijten in een comfortabele positie en juiste vertikale
dimensie. Ter verkrijging van een goede functionele pasvorm kan de patiënt de wangen inzuigen en de lippen tuiten.
7. Verwijder de prothese 3 minuten na het plaasten. Indien u materiaal tekort komt kunt u nieuw aangemaakt materiaal toevoegen.
8. Plaats de prothese opnieuw voor 3 minuten in de mond, met de tanden in een ontspannen occlusie.
9. Laat vervolgens het materiaal buiten de mond 20 minuten uitharden alvorens het met koud water af te spoelen.
10. Softline heeft een rubberachtige consistentie na het uitharden.
11. U kunt de prothese afwerken met een kunststoffrees of steen.

WAARSCHUWING
Laat de prothese niet langer dan 3 minuten in de mond zitten. Door de thermische reaktie kunnen brandwonden en irritaties ontstaan. De Acrylic Bonding Primer en de vloeistof bevatten
methacrylaten die bijzonder brandbaar zijn en irriterend voor de ogen, de ademhaling en de huid. Geadviseerd wordt met handschoenen te werken.
Niet gebruiken bij pati%nten die allergisch zijn voor deze materialen.
Indien het materiaal met de ogen in contact komt, overvloedig spoelen met water en onmiddellijk een arts raadplegen.
Indien het materiaal met de huid in aanraking komt, zorgvuldig met water en zeep reinigen.
Bij inname door de mond onmiddellijk een arts raadplegen.
De vloeistoffen zijn bijzonder vluchtig en brandbaar. U dient ze daarom weg te houden van hittebronnen en open vuur. Niet door de gootsteen spoelen.
Ieder voorwerp dat niet is gesteriliseerd en dat bij tandheelkundige behandelingen wordt gebruikt, dient gedesinfecteerd te zijn volgens de geldende voorschriften.

Opslag
De verpakkingen, zowel poeder als vloeistof, onmiddellijk na gebruik weer sluiten.
Sla de vloeistoffen op in een goed geventileerde donkere ruimte. De verpakking opslaan bij temperaturen tussen 10° en 24°C. Houdbaarheid : 2 jaar.
Niet opslaan in de buurt van eugenol bevattende producten.
