L’université de Coventry (GB) s’installe en France et déploie sur le territoire national de nouveaux campus d’enseignement. L’ISP-Fénelon (pôle d’enseignement supérieur) est l’un d’entre eux pour une formation Licence 3 Management International dans le cadre d’un Bachelor Honours of Global Business. La formation Bachelor Honours of Global Business Management dispensée à l’ISP-Fénelon permet d’allier savoirs théoriques et expériences de terrain. The content of this module is unique to the company or organisation that the student is placed with. International Investment Analysis (10 ECTS) Currency markets. Spot, forward, futures, options Characteristics and organization of the different markets. Comparison of uses of the markets parity conditions. Covered and unconvered interest rate parity. Rational for these conditions. Impediments to these conditions holding. Relevance of these conditions for financial decisions / issues. Empirical evidence. International Borrowing. Potential benefits of accessing international debt and equity markets e.g. reduced cost of capital, improved risk management, etc. Dangers of issuing debt and equity on international markets. International Money / Capital Markets : Foreign and eurocurrency markets, the swap market. Structure and uses of the markets Currency risk : type and importance of currency risk / exposure Currency risk management techniques.
