This is a stunning 5 bedroom villa located just a few hundreds metres away from the sea. The location of the villa is
in a quiet private upmarket residential Cud De Sac which is full of palm trees, flowers, plants and shrubs. The
garden and pool area is very large with the pool area having a toughened glass partition around the pool area
giving that extra safety for young children. The pool is 12 x 5 metres with roman steps and is completely private
with landscaped gardens. There is a drive way for two cars, an outside shower, large bar and barbeque area and an
outside dining table for 10 people. There is also plenty of sunloungers and a parasol.
Inside the villa there is a large living area with a widescreen television, dvd player and satellite channels as well as
full Wifi. In the dining area there is a large table with seating for 8 plus 4 more spaces at the breakfast bar. The
kitchen area is fully equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher and an extra large American style
refrigerator. There is a ground floor W.C. and shower area just next to the 5th bedroom which has bunk beds. There
is also another double bedroom on the ground floor with large patio sliding doors giving you direct access to the
garden. On the first floor there is 3 double bedrooms one which is a master bedroom with a beautiful en-suite
shower. Two of the bedrooms have large sliding patio doors to the terrace which has lovely sea and garden views.
