Cette brochure vous informe sur les
voyages scolaires pour les élèves de
3e année.
This brochure contains the information
about the school trips for 3rd year
pupils.
Les formulaires des choix, de groupe et
d’engagements – RECTO ET VERSO)
doivent être remplis et retournés (sous
enveloppe) à M.DERWEDUWEN ou
dans le bac dans la salle des études
Amphithéâtre avant le lundi 10/11/08
dernier délai.
The sheets (Choices Form, Group Form,
Declarations – BOTH SIDES) must be
completed and handed (in an
envelope) by Monday 10/11/08 via the
box in the Salle d’études Amphitheatre
or to Mr DERWEDUWEN at the latest.

Tous les élèves qui ne participent pas à
un voyage à l’étranger seront
automatiquement mis dans le groupe
‘option locale’, composée d’activités
locales. Plus amples renseignements
sur cette série d’activités planifiées
pour chaque jour de la semaine et
organisées à Bruxelles vous seront
communiqués dès que le programme
sera définitif. Prévoir uniquement un
budget pour les frais de +/- 100€.
Etant donné que les voyages scolaires
sont obligatoires ainsi que la présence
à l’école, ces activités constitueront le
seul programme alternatif pour les
élèves de 3e année. Si cela est votre
premier choix, ne faites pas d’autres
choix.
All pupils who do not go abroad on a
trip will automatically be assigned to
the programme of local activities
‘local option’ .Full details of the
programme of different activities and
local visits based in Brussels will be
provided as soon as they have been
confirmed. The costs will be +/- 100 €.
Since participation in school trips and
school attendance are compulsory,
this constitutes the only other school
programme for 3rd year pupils. If this is
your first preference, mark only this
choice.
Sinon, choisissez minimum quatre
voyages. Classez-les par ordre de
préférence (notez : 1 puis 3 autres) ou
cochez-les (√ ) si l’ordre vous est égal.
Nous ferons de notre mieux pour
satisfaire vos vœux, mais il faut savoir
que cela ne sera pas possible dans
tous les cas et que rien n’est garanti.
Choose all the trips you would like to
go on, minimum 4. Mark them 1,2,3,4,5
etc. in order of preference, or use a
tick (√ ) if you do not mind. Every effort
will be made to give a maximum of
pupils their first choice, but you must
understand that this may not be
possible for everyone, and that no
guarantees can be given.

Les groupes pour chaque voyage
pourront comprendre des élèves de
plusieurs sections. Vous pouvez
demander à partir avec un/e ami ou
avec un groupe. Vous devez écrire
leurs noms sur le formulaire. Il est
évident que chaque membre du
groupe doit faire exactement les
mêmes choix. Les groupes mixtes (de
sections différentes) seront
probablement plus faciles à placer.
The groups for each trip will be made
up of pupils from different sections. You
may ask to go with one or two friends
(maximum group size therefore: 3),
and must put down their name(s) on
your form. Both/All of you must make
exactly the same choices, obviously. It
may be an advantage to choose a
friend/friends from other sections.

PAIEMENT:
A l’inscription un acompte de 300€
(sauf local trip 100€) devra être versé
sur le compte voyages scolaires. Dans
le cas contraire, l’inscription de l’élève
ne pourra être confirmée. En cas de
non-paiement le nom de l’élève
apparaîtra dans la liste de voyage
‘option locale’.
La répartition des élèves pour les
voyages sera annoncée pour le
21/11/08, et le paiement du coût total
(reste) du voyage devra être fait pour
le 16/01/09 dernier délai.
PAYMENT:
At the inscription the sum of 300€
(except for the local trip 100€) must be
paid into the school trips account.
Otherwise the pupil’s place on the trip
will not be confirmed, since bookings
have to be made soon afterwards. In
the case of non-payment the pupil’s
name will appear in the ‘Local option’
list.
The distribution of pupils among the
trips will be announced on 21/11/08
and the payment of the total
(balance) cost for that trip must be
made by 16/01/09 at the very latest.

Visites locales
Pendant la semaine des voyages scolaires, nous organiserons
des voyages locaux, c’est-à-dire des voyages en Belgique.
Chaque jour de cette semaine, on visitera des lieux intéressants
ou on participera à un événement sportif.
Le départ se fera chaque matin de l’école et on revient l’aprèsmidi à l’école ( d’habitude vers 16 h pour pouvoir prendre le
transport scolaire, exceptionnellement le retour à l’école se fera
plus tard ).
Le programme n’a pas encore été choisi, mais nous pouvons
vous donner quelques exemples de voyages locaux qui ont eu
lieu dans le passé :
visite de Technopolis ( musée scientifique )
adventure parc Wavre
squash
visite du musée du chocolat
visite de Planckendael ( zoologique )
visite Bruxelles insolite
Visite Louvain
etc…
La participation est obligatoire pour ceux
qui ne partent pas en voyage à l’étranger.
