Stage « Excellence Commerciale » – GE Energy – EPC h/f Mission: Véritable « bras droit » de la Directrice Commerciale en charge du développement des partenariats avec les sociétés EPCs, vous contribuerez à l’amélioration la productivité de son équipe (30 personnes basées mondialement, 8 milliards USD de volume d’affaires) et à son Excellence Commerciale : amélioration des processus, meilleure identification des opportunités d’affaires et suivi des commandes, définition et mise en œuvre des indicateurs, suivi et communication de la performance de l’équipe. Dans cette mission, la/le stagiaire aura par ailleurs l’opportunité de travailler avec les différentes entités du groupe GE Energy (Thermal, Renouvelables, Energy Management, Oil & Gas). Responsabilités: • • • Améliorer, en collaboration directe avec la Directrice Commerciale, l’Excellence Opérationnelle de l’équipe de Responsables de Compte EPC (30 personnes, 8 milliards USD de volume d’activité) Travailler directement avec le Responsable de Programmes EPC et les Responsables de Comptes EPC mondiaux pour : optimiser l’identification des opportunités d’affaire, améliorer les outils de reporting des résultats Améliorer les outils d’identification des opportunités commerciales, avec les EPCs, pour les différentes entités du groupe GE Energy. Améliorer le reporting des résultats de l’équipe (commandes prises …). Développer des « dashboard » de niveau Executive SUP INSERTION Qualifications: • • • • • • • • DESS ou MBA. Connaissances en gestion de projet, amélioration de processus, outils informatiques (bases de données). Connaissance de l’industrie de l’Energie serait un plus Autonomie, indépendence Connaissances de base de l’outil SalesForce.com Excellente communication verbale et écrite. Role: Improve the efficiency of the EPC (Engineering Procurement Contractor) team (30 people worldwide); through process improvement & defining metrics/dashboard to better monitor, follow & communicate performance. He/she will understand the all GE energy EPC strategies throughout all the GE portfolio and will propose processes & dashboard to increase impact of the team. Essential functions: • • • • • • • Improve Operational Excellence of the EPC Account Exec team (30 people; 8b$ activity with EPCs), Work directly with the EPC Program leader Document & communicate EPC selection process Develop tracking tool dashboard Improve project pipeline identification process in P&W, O&G, Energy Management, Lean financial processes Develop executive dashboards to communicate achievements of the group Establish weekly briefing with EPC Program leader SUP INSERTION Qualifications: • • • • • • • • • Studying towards a Master’s in Business, MBA, Project Management, Operations management, or completion of a scientific degree (including mechanical, industrial, chemical, electrical engineering) Basic knowledge of Industrial processes Autonomous, independent Basic knowledge of SalesForce.com Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken Good IT skills and Microsoft Office (specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Data management knowledge or experience Ability to work in and contribute in a team environment To apply to this offer please do so online at http://www.ge.com/careers/ (using the reference 1558640)
