La demande de soumission doit être retournée
avant 11 h le vendredi, 22 avril 2016.
This request for tender must be returned before
11:00 a.m. Friday, April 22nd, 2016.
Le véhicule sera disponible pour inspection au
garage à Fournier au 3248, chemin de comté 9 et
du 1er au 12 avril et du 13 au 22 avril au 958,
route 500 ouest au garage à Casselman.
The vehicle will be available for inspection at
the garage in Fournier at 3248 County Rd. 9
from April 1 to 12 and from April 13 to 22 at
958 Route 500 West at the garage in Casselman.

Le véhicule est vendu tel quel et sans
garantie et la vente est finale. Le
soumissionnaire devra soumettre un prix
en conséquence. L’offre minimale ne
doit être pas inférieure à 14 000,00 $.

The vehicle is sold as is, without
warranty and the sale is final. The
Tenderer must submit a price
accordingly. The minimum bid shall
not be lower than $ 14,000.00.
2.
Le soumissionnaire, à qui sera accordée
la vente du véhicule, devra payer par
chèque certifié et prendre possession
dans les quarante-huit (48 heures)
ouvrables après que son offre ait été
acceptée par la municipalité. Dans le
cas ou cette obligation n’est pas
respectée par le soumissionnaire, sa
soumission devient nulle et sans effet et
ceci sans aucun recours contre la
municipalité.

The Tenderer, to whom the sale of the
vehicle will be awarded, must pay by
certified cheque and take possession
within forty-eight (48) hours after the
offer has been accepted by the
municipality. In the event, that this
condition is not met by the Tendered,
his tender will be null and void and this
without any claim against the
municipality.

La municipalité de La Nation ne
s’engage à accepter ni la plus haute ou
aucune des soumissions reçues.

The Nation Municipality is not bound to
accept the highest or any of the tenders
submitted.
