Sale of "SOUSSE PALACE HOTEL"
As part of the Tunisian State privatization program, Société Hotelière AFRICA
SOUSSE is offering for sale the Hôtel " SOUSSE PALACE".
As of the publication date of the present notice, and upon payment of a nonrefundable amount of TND 500 (say five hundred Tunisian Dinars), all interested
investors are invited to get the tender document (cahier des charges) from the
corporate headquarters of :

Cité des Sciences, 34 Rue Hédi Karray 5ème étage EL Menzah-1004 Tunis
Upon prior arrangement of an appointment with the company’s Chief Executive
or Agent, all bidders are able to visit the Hôtel, on business days provided with
the tender document.
All bids along with the required documents, as stated in the tender document
(cahier des charges) shall be sent via registered mail, under double cover (sealed
twice), to the attention of :
Premier Ministère / Direction Générale de la Privatisation – 4, rue Ibn
Nadim 1073 Tunis Montplaisir (Tunisia).
The front of the envelope shall give no indication as to the identity of the bidder
and shall be stamped “ NE PAS OUVRIR – CONFIDENTIEL ” Applel d’Offres
International [ Aquisition de l'Hotel SOUSSE PALACE appartenant à la Société
Hôtelière AFRICA SOUSSE].
All bids must be delivered to “Direction Générale de la Privatisation” no later than
Tuesday 28/03/2006 at 17:00 p.m., on the strength of the mail reception desk’s
stamp.
All bids received incompleted or after the deadline here above stated will be
automatically rejected.
