fields of elite sport.

technical staff and athletes, with a project and
goals culture.
To mobilise and work together using INSEP’s
resources and those of the high level elite network

Reflexion on the performance of elite sport
Examine the Federal projects in their global nature
and their ability to include the strategy of elite sport
 Accompaniment of the Federation and the National
Technical Director in the Elite project
Assure a work of business intelligence and analysis
Evaluate the long term requests of the Federations

After the MEX’s detection of a problem in a
federation and a decision taken on this situation, the
MAP is informed
Mobilize the ressources necessary to act by ;
Intervene directly when it’s about coaching or a
question of management,
Refere to another service in or outside INSEP
Follow-up and evaluate the solution
Exemple : la commande de la Fédération française
d’athlétisme sur la problématique des blessures en
athlétisme à l’INSEP.
