Noreen O’SHEA
Department: Entrepreneurship and innovation
Biography
Noreen O’Shea has been an associate professor and researcher in Entrepreneurship at
Novancia Business School Paris since 2009, where she teaches on the Master and MSc
programs. She currently coordinates the entrepreneurship track in the Master program. Her
research topics include the construction of professional identity and the role of tacit
knowledge in entrepreneurial contexts. She also studies developments in policy-making,
particularly for women entrepreneurs. Once a year, she teaches a course in entrepreneurship in
Capital University of Economics and Business, Beijing, China, with whom Novancia has a
longstanding partnership.
