Einbau
Ein sorgfältiger Einbau und korrekte Zusammenschaltung aller Komponenten ist eine
wesentliche Voraussetzung für einen störungsfreien Betrieb. Wir empfehlen daher, den
Einbau in einer Fachwerkstatt vornehmen zu lassen.
1. Einbauort für Telefonhalter •, Verstärker Œ, Lautsprecher Ž und Mikrofon •
so festlegen, daß alle Kabellängen incl. der des Antennenkabels ausreichend sind.
2. Aufnahmehalter • des Telefonhalters (mit Aufdruck „1“) montieren.

3. Systemhalter • montieren. Verstärker Œ im Systemhalter • montieren.

5. Mikrofon • montieren. Das Mikrofon können Sie wahlweise mit der Halteklammer
oder auf der Platte montieren.
- Montage des Mikrofons mit der Halteklammer (s. Abb. b): Mikrofon auf die
Halteklammer aufsetzen und im Auto plazieren, so daß der Abstand zum Kopf des
Fahrers möglichst gering ist (ca.30-35 cm). Die aktive Seite des Mikrofons muß stets
in die Richtung des Sprechenden weisen.
- Montage des Mikrofons auf der Platte (s. Abb. c): Mikrofonplatte mit der Schraube
oder mit dem Klebeband (das Plättchen können Sie mit Spiritus reinigen, um die
Klebekraft zu verbessern) an der Polsterung montieren, so daß der Abstand zum
Kopf des Fahrers möglichst gering ist (ca.30-35 cm). Die aktive Seite des Mikrofons
muß stets in die Richtung des Sprechenden weisen. Mikrofon auf die Mikrofonplatte
aufsetzen.
6. Sub-D-Stecker der Telefonhalterung • mit dem Verstärker Œ elektrisch verbinden,
Rändelschrauben fest anziehen.
7. Das Mikrofon • und den Lautsprecher Ž mit dem Verstärker Œ verbinden. Wenn Sie
die Klinkenstecker des Mikrofons und Lautsprechers mit dem Verstärker verbinden,
setzen Sie bitte den Reiter ” zur Befestigung zwischen den Steckern ein. Wenn Sie
den Reiter entfernen möchten, drücken Sie ihn seitlich zusammen und ziehen ihn wie
auf Abb. a ab.
8. Anschlußkabelsatz ’ incl. Sicherungen mit dem Bordnetz, und ggf. Radio
verbinden. Den Anschluß der Autoradio-Stummschaltung entnehmen Sie bitte der
Beschreibung Ihres Autoradios, sofern es eine solche Funktion besitzt.
9. Den Stecker des Kabelsatzes ’ mit dem Verstärker Œ verbinden.
10. Antennenanschluß ‘ mit der externen Telefonantenne verbinden.

Nach dem Einbau ist eine Funktionsprüfung, auch bei laufendem Motor, bzw.
eingeschalteter Zündung vorzunehmen.

Mobiltelefon korrekt in den Telefonhalter • eingesteckt ist und die seitliche

Technische Daten
Die Freisprecheinrichtung ist für eine Betriebsspannung im Fahrzeug von 12/24 Volt
ausgelegt (Minus am Chassis).

Telefonverriegelung “ eingerastet ist, beginnt der Ladevorgang des Mobiltelefon-Akkus
bei eingeschalteter Zündung. Ihr Mobiltelefon wird über das Bordnetz versorgt und ist mit
der Außenantenne Ihres Fahrzeuges verbunden. Das bedeutet optimale Sende- und
Empfangsqualität.
Um ein Gespräch im Freisprechbetrieb zu führen, bedienen Sie Ihr Mobiltelefon wie
gewohnt. Beachten Sie hierzu bitte die Bedienungsanleitung Ihres Mobiltelefones.
Möchten Sie das Mobiltelefon (auch während des Gespräches) im Handhörerbetrieb
nutzen, entnehmen Sie das Telefon mit der Telefonhalterung • aus dem Aufnahmehalter
•. Es wird dann automatisch auf Handhörerbetrieb umgeschaltet. Wenn Sie das Telefon
samt Telefonhalterung • wieder in den Aufnahmehalter • zurückstecken, wird
selbsttätig in den Freisprechbetrieb zurückgeschaltet.
Bei installierter Radiostummschaltung wird das Autoradio während des
Telefongespräches oder bei aus dem Aufnahmehalter entnommener Telefonhalterung
automatisch stummgeschaltet.
Der Voice-Recorder *) gibt Ihnen die Möglichkeit, eine gesprochene Nachricht von bis zu
20 sec. Länge aufzuzeichnen. Um die Aufnahme zu starten, drücken Sie bitte die Taste
mit dem roten Punkt. Nach 20 sec. schaltet sich die Aufnahme automatisch aus. Soll die
Aufnahme vor Ablauf der 20 sec. beendet werden, können Sie dieses durch nochmaliges
Drücken der Taste mit dem roten Punkt bewirken. Die Wiedergabe erfolgt durch Drücken
der Taste mit dem Dreiecksymbol (Start/Stop) und kann beliebig oft wiederholt werden.
Beachten Sie bitte, daß sich immer nur eine Nachricht aufzeichnen läßt. Bei jeder
Neuaufnahme wird die vorige gelöscht.
Zur Entnahme des Mobiltelefones aus dem Telefonhalter • betätigen Sie die
seitliche Telefonverriegelung “.

Operating Voltage
Sicherheitshinweise
1. Der Montageort ist in jedem Fall so zu wählen, daß Nässe, hohe Umgebungstemperaturen sowie mechanische Erschütterungen vermieden werden und die
Funktion von Airbags nicht beeinträchtigt wird.
2. Verwenden Sie bitte unbedingt die mitgelieferten Sicherungshalter und montieren
diese zur Absicherung der Leitung in unmittelbarer Nähe der Batterie (Sicherung 5A,
rote Leitung und Sicherung 5A, schwarze Leitung) bzw. des Zündschlosses
(Sicherung 1A, blaue Leitung).
3. Aus Sicherheitsgründen und gemäß den entsprechenden Gesetzen empfehlen wir,
beim Telefonieren während der Fahrt, die Freisprecheinrichtung ausschließlich im
Freisprechbetrieb zu benutzen. Benutzen Sie die Handhörerfunktion nur bei
stehendem Fahrzeug.
4. Nehmen Sie die Freisprecheinrichtung nicht in Betrieb, wenn Kabel, Stecker, oder
andere Einzelteile defekt sind. Bitte versuchen Sie nicht die Einzelteile zu öffnen oder
zu reparieren.

wird von Seiten des Herstellers keine Haftung übernommen. Unsachgemäße
Reparaturversuche können für den Benutzer gefährlich sein, deshalb dürfen die
Reparaturen nur vom qualifizierten Personal vorgenommen werden.

The hands free unit is designed to be connected to a vehicle operating voltage of
12/24 volts (negative on chassis).
Safety Precautions
1. Always select an installation location which is dry and not subject to high ambient
temperatures or mechanical vibrations and does not obstruct the airbag system.
2. For safety reasons please use the fuse holders supplied with the cable and install
them directly next to the battery (5A fuse, red lead and 5A fuse, black lead), or to
the ignition lock (1A fuse, blue lead).
3. We strongly recommend that for the safety of the vehicle occupants, other road
users and in accordance with the laws of some countries, that privacy mode is NOT
used by the driver when the vehicle is moving.
4. On no account should the equipment be used if one or more of the components is
damaged or defective. Do not attempt to open and repair any of the
components.
Installation
The equipment will not function properly unless correctly installed. We therefore
recommend that an authorised service centre performs the installation.
1. After first checking all cable lengths including the aerial cable, decide accordingly
where then to install the telephone holder •, amplifier Œ, loudspeaker Ž and
microphone •.
2. Attach the telephone hang-up cup •.
3. Attach the amplifier hang-up cup •. Attach the amplifier Œ to the hang-up cup
•.
4. Attach the loudspeaker Ž at least 80 cm from the microphone •.
5. Microphone installation. The microphone can be attached to either the mounting
plate (see fig.c) or alternatively to the clip holder (see fig.b).
-Microphone with clip-holder: If the microphone is used with the clip-holder, it can
be attached to the inside of the vehicle (e.g. sun visor) no more than 35cm from
the mouth of the driver.
-Microphone with mounting plate: Using adhesive tape or the supplied screw,
attach the mounting plate in an appropriate place inside the vehicle, no more
than 35 cm from the mouth of the driver. To obtain better adhesion when using
adhesive tape, you can clean the plate with neutral spirit. Attach the microphone
• to the plate. The microphone should always be turned towards the mouth of the
driver.
6. Connect the male DB connector from the telephone holder • to the amplifier
Πand tighten the thumbscrews.
7. Connect the microphone • and the loudspeaker Ž cables to the amplifier Œ.
Attach the locking tab ” between these connections. If you wish to remove the
locking tab, press together both sides and remove as shown in fig. a.
8. Connect the cables ’ including fuses, to the vehicle electrical system, and
(optionally) to the radio. Connection of the muting cable is described in the
manual of your vehicle radio if the radio is equipped for MUTE function.
9. Connect the plug of the cable-set ’ to the amplifier Œ.
10. Connect the external aerial to the aerial connector ‘.
Important:Following the installation, also test the system with the engine running,
(ignition on).
Operating instructions
The installed hands free unit enables you to use your mobile telephone with complete
ease and safety whilst driving. When the mobile telephone is placed correctly in the
holder •, ensuring the telephone is secured by the locking tabs “, the battery will start
to charge, if the ignition key is turned on. Your mobile telephone is powered by the
vehicle electrical system and is connected to the external antenna ensuring optimum
transmission and reception quality.
Making/Receiving a call in Hands-Free Mode
To have a hands-free conversation, simply use your phone as normal, as instructed in
the telephone user handbook. The phone should remain with its holder in the hang-up
cup •.
Making/Receiving a call in Privacy Mode
If you wish to have a private conversation, i.e. hold the telephone in your hand while
talking, remove the telephone together with the phone holder •, from the hang-up
cup •. Replacing the telephone in the hang-up cup will reactivate the hands free
mode.
Radio Mute Facility
If radio muting is installed, the vehicle radio is automatically muted during the
telephone call in both hands-free and privacy mode.
The Voice Recorder *) enables you to record a conversation for up to 20 seconds in
length. To start recording press the button with a red point A. After 20 seconds the
recording will automatically stop. If you wish to end the recording before the 20
seconds have passed, press the button with the red point again.
To replay the message press the button with the triangular symbol B (start/stop). The
recorded message can be repeated as often as necessary.
Please note that only one message at a time can be recorded. With each new
message the previous recording will be erased.
To remove your phone from the holder •, simply depress the locking tabs “.

We recommend that your mobile phone is removed from the telephone holder when
leaving your vehicle for longer periods. This will protect your battery and avoid any
unnecessary drainage.
If you have any questions concerning operation of the unit, please contact your dealer
who will be happy to advise you and take note of your experiences and suggestions.
The manufacturer is not liable for any damage or defect caused by improper use or
tampering of the hands-free kit. Opening the hands-free kit will invalidate the warranty
agreement and can be dangerous. Any repair should only be carried out by a qualified
service technician.

Indications de la sécurité
1.
L'ensemble haut-parleur de la voiture doit être installé dans un lieu choisi afin de ne pas l'exposer à
l'humidité, aux hautes températures ni aux vibrations mécaniques. L'appareil ne doit pas limiter le
fonctionnement de coussins d'air.
2. Afin d'éviter tout risque d'électrocution il faut absolument monter les douilles des fusibles fournies et les
relier directement sur l'accumulateur (fusible 5A, conduit rouge et fusible 5A, conduit noir) ou sur la
station de l'allumage (fusible 1A, conduit bleu).
3. Afin d'écarter tout risque et conformément à la législation de certains pays nous recommandons de
conduire la voiture et de mener la conversation téléphonique en profitant uniquement de notre ensemble
haut-parleur (sans tenir le téléphone dans la main).
4. Il ne faut pas mettre en service l'appareil si les cordons, les prises ou autres éléments de l'ensemble sont
abîmés. En aucun cas il n'est pas admissible de démonter par soi-même les éléments de l'ensemble.

Le montage
La condition importante pour un bon fonctionnement de l'appareil est une installation minutieuse. Ainsi nous
vous conseillons de laisser faire l'installation de votre appareil par un installateur spécialisé.

podczas kierowania pojazdem prowadziæ rozmowê telefoniczn¹ korzystaj¹c
z zestawu samochodowego wy³¹cznie w trybie g³oœno mówi¹cym (bez trzymania
telefonu w rêce).
4. Nie nale¿y w³¹czaæ urz¹dzenia, je¿eli przewody, wtyczki lub inne elementy zestawu
s¹ uszkodzone. W ¿adnym wypadku nie wolno demontowaæ samodzielnie
poszczególnych czêœci sk³adowych zestawu.
Monta¿
Podstawowymi warunkami eksploatacji bez zak³óceñ s¹ staranny monta¿
i prawid³owe po³¹czenie wszystkich elementów. Dlatego zalecamy, aby
przeprowadzi³ je specjalistyczny punkt us³ugowy.
1. Uchwyt telefonu •, wzmacniacz Œ, g³oœnik Ž i mikrofon • umieœciæ w taki
sposób, aby d³ugoœæ wszystkich przewodów urz¹dzenia i przewodu
antenowego by³a wystarczaj¹ca.
2. Zamocowaæ uchwyt do zawieszania uchwytu telefonu •.
3.
Zamocowaæ uchwyt wzmacniacza •. Zamocowaæ wzmacniacz Œ w
uchwycie •.
4.
Zamocowaæ g³oœnik Ž zachowuj¹c minimaln¹ odleg³oœæ 80 cm od
mikrofonu •.
5. Zamocowaæ mikrofon •. Mikrofon mo¿na zamocowaæ do wyboru na klipsie lub
podstawce.
Monta¿ mikrofonu na klipsie (patrz rys. b): po wciœniêciu mikrofonu na klips, nale¿y
zamocowaæ go w samochodzie, zwracaj¹c uwagê na to, aby odleg³oœæ od
ust kierowcy by³a mo¿liwie ma³a (ok. 30-35cm), a czêœæ aktywna zwrócona w
kierunku ust mówi¹cego.
Monta¿ mikrofonu na podstawce (patrz rys. c): zamontowaæ podstawkê
mikrofonu za pomoc¹ wkrêta lub taœmy klej¹cej (aby uzyskaæ lepsz¹
przyczepnoœæ, p³ytkê mo¿na przeczyœciæ spirytusem) do tapicerki,
zachowuj¹c odleg³oœci zalecane przy mocowaniu klipsa. Wcisn¹æ mikrofon na
podstawkê.
6. Pod³¹czyæ uchwyt telefonu • do wzmacniacza Œ za pomoc¹ wtyczki, dobrze
dokrêcaj¹c œruby rowkowane.
7. Pod³¹czyæ mikrofon • oraz g³oœnik Ž do wzmacniacza Œ. Po umieszczeniu
wtyczek mikrofonu i g³oœnika w gniazdach wzmacniacza nale¿y zabezpieczyæ
je przed wypadniêciem umieszczaj¹c zatrzask ” miêdzy nimi. Aby wyj¹æ zatrzask
nale¿y go nacisn¹æ w sposób pokazany na rysunku (rys. a).
8.
Komplet przewodów ’ ³¹cznie z bezpiecznikami po³¹czyæ z instalacj¹
elektryczn¹ samochodu i ewentualnie z odbiornikiem radiowym. Pod³¹czenie
przewodu wyciszania radia opisane jest w instrukcji radioodbiornika, jeœli posiada
ono tak¹ funkcjê.
9. Komplet przewodów z wtyczk¹ ’ pod³¹czyæ do wzmacniacza Œ.
10. Pod³¹czyæ zewnêtrzn¹ antenê telefonu do gniazdka antenowego ‘.
Uwaga
1. Installer le porte téléphone •, l'amplificateur Œ, le haut-parleur Ž et le microphone • dans un tel lieu,
pour que la longueur de tous les câbles de l'appareil et du câble d'antenne soit suffisante.
2. Monter le porte récepteur de la station de charge •.
3. Monter la base de l'amplificateur •. Monter l'amplificateur Œ dans le porte amplificateur •.
4. Monter le haut-parleur Ž, gardant la distance minimale du 80 cm du microphone •.
5. Vous pouvez fixer le microphone avec le clip (par ex. au parasol de votre véhicule, etc.). Vous pouvez
aussi vissez la plaquette de support fournie à un endroit approprié, de telle sorte que la distance par
rapport à la tête du conducteur soit la plus petite possible (env. 30-35 cm)*. Fixez ensuite le microphone à
l'aide du ruban adhésif. Le cas échéant, nettoyez au préalable la plaquette avec de l'alcool pour améliorer
l'adhésion. Le côté actif du microphone doit être dirigé vers la personne qui parle.
* Si la configuration du véhicule est telle que la distance jusqu'à la tête du chauffeur est supérieure à 35
cm, nous conseillons d'installer le microphone à col de cygne disponible en option.
6. Lier le porte téléphone • avec l'amplificateur Œ á l'aide de la prise, bien fixer les vis á
rainure.
7. Lier le microphone et le haut-parleur Ž â l'amplificateur Œ. Lorsque vous connectez les fiches à jack du
microphone et du haut-parleur à l'amplificateur, utilisez le cavalier ” comme fixation entre les fiches. Pour
enlever le cavalier, il faut compresser les côtés et après tirez-vous le cavalier en haut (l'illustration a ).
8. Raccorder les câbles de branchement ’ et les fusibles avec l'installation électrique de a voiture et
éventuellement avec la radio. Le branchement du circuit muet de la radio est décrit dans l'instruction de
votre radio, á condition qu’elle possède une telle fonction.
9. Raccorder le set de câbles de branchement avec la prise ’ avec l'amplificateur Œ.
10. Lier l'antenne externe de l'appareil téléphonique avec la prise d'antenne ‘.
