F.A.M. si sviluppa su un’area di circa 32.000 mq, diretta
dal titolare che vanta un’esperienza cinquantennale nel settore,
coadiuvato a livello gestionale e produttivo dai figli che, in
collaborazione con i dipendenti, gestiscono l’attività con
competenza ed entusiasmo; garantendo affidabilità e risultati
sicuri.
L’impegno serio e costante all’insegna della Qualità ci ha
consentito di convalidare i requisiti a norma UNI EN ISO
9001:2008 ottenendo le Certificazioni TUV SUD, SVTI ASIT
e LLOYD’S REGISTER.
L’azienda trasforma leghe leggere primarie e secondarie in
fusioni: comuni, a tenuta, speciali, di qualsiasi serie, peso
e/o dimensioni, con processo a verde e in formatura rigida.
L’alto livello di precisione dei nostri elaborati è apprezzato e
riconosciuto da numerosi clienti; dal settore meccanico,
nautico, aereonautico e industriale in genere.
Dall’acquisizione del progetto anche in 3D siamo in grado di
ricavare il modello richiesto e le eventuali casse d’anima,
realizzate da stampisti specializzati.
Il laboratorio controllo Qualità completo di quantometro,
durometro, radiografia in scopia, prove trazione e tenuta
stagna; ci cosente di garantire una qualità costante al cliente.
F.A.M. è dunque in grado di offrire un servizio completo e
consegnare un prodotto finito e certificato.
F.A.M. covers an area of approximately 32,000 m² and
is run by the owner, who has more than fifty years’ experience
in the sector. He is assisted by his children in the day-to-day
management and production of the foundry and, together with
the employees, they run the business with skill and
enthusiasm, guaranteeing reliability and only the best, safest
results.
Thanks to its ongoing commitment to quality, F.A.M. complies
with the requisites of the UNI EN ISO9001:2008 standard, and
has been awarded TUV SUD, SVTI ASIT and LLOYD’S
REGISTER certifications.
The company transforms light primary and secondary alloys
into common, sealed and special castings of any series, weight
and/or size, using green casting and stiff moulding.
The high level of accuracy of the products is recognised and
valued by a large number of clients from the mechanical,
nautical, aeronautical and general industrial sectors.
Upon receiving the project, even in 3D format, we are able to
make the mould requested and, if necessary, the core boxes,
which are created by moulding experts.
Our quality control laboratory, which is equipped with a
quantometer, hardometer and radioscopy machine, as well as
machinery to carry out tensile and tightness tests, means we
can guarantee first class quality - always.
F.A.M. offers an all-round service and delivers finished,
certified products.

F.A.M. erstreckt sich auf einer Fläche von ungefähr
32.000 qm, der Eigentümer der Firma hat eine fünfzigjährige
Erfahrung auf diesem Gebiet, seine Kinder helfen ihm in der
Geschäftsleitung und in der Produktion und leiten die Firma mit
Kompetenz und Begeisterung zusammen mit den Angestellten
des Unternehmens, mit einer Zuverlässigkeit, die für sichere
Ergebnisse sorgt.
Wir haben stets an der Verbesserung der Qualität gearbeitet,
so konnten wir die Zertifizierung nach der UNI EN ISO Norm
9001:2008 und folgende Zertifizierungen erhalten: TUV SUD,
SVTI ASIT und LLOYD’S REGISTER.
Das Unternehmen verwandelt primäre und sekundäre
Leichtlegierungen in Schmelzen: allgemein, dicht, speziell,
jeder Art, jedes Gewichts und jedes Maßes, durch ein
Bentonit-Verfahren und durch eine steife Verformung.
Die hohe Präzision unserer Produkte ist von zahlreichen Kunden
geschätzt und anerkannt, im mechanischen und nautischen
Sektor, im Luftfahrtsektor und in der Industrie allgemein.
Wir starten von einem gebilligten Projekt, auch dreidimensional,
und wir sind in der Lage, das gewünschte Modell und eventuell
die Kernformen anzufertigen, die von hochspezialisierten
Stanzern durchgeführt werden.
Das Labor für die Qualitätskontrolle ist mit Quantometer,
Härtemesser, Radioskopiesystem und Vorrichtungen für
Zugversuche und Dichtheitsprüfungen ausgestattet, das
ermöglicht uns, eine konstante Qualität für den Kunden
zu gewährleisten.
F.A.M. ist also in der Lage, einen kompletten Service zu bieten
und ein fertiges und zertifiziertes Produkt zu liefern.

F.A.M., qui occupe une surface d’environ 32 000 m², est
dirigée directement par son propriétaire qui possède cinquante
ans d’expérience dans le secteur, aidé pour l’administration et
la production par ses fils qui, en collaboration avec les salariés,
gèrent l’activité avec compétence et enthousiasme en
garantissant la fiabilité et la sécurité des résultats.
L’effort sérieux et constant fourni pour la maîtrise de la Qualité
a permis à F.A.M de satisfaire les critères exigés par la norme
UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 et d’obtenir les certifications TÜV SUD,
SVTI ASIT et LLOYD’S REGISTER.
L’entreprise s’occupe de la transformation par moulage
d’alliages primaires et secondaires, pour l’obtention de pièces
courantes, spéciales, étanches, de toute série, poids et
dimensions, avec des procédés en sable vert ou en sable rigide.
Le haut niveau de précision des pièces produites est apprécié
et reconnu par de nombreux clients appartenant au secteur
mécanique, nautique, aéronautique et industriel en général.
Partant de l’élaboration du projet, y compris en 3D, nous
sommes en mesure d’obtenir le modèle souhaité et les
éventuelles boîtes à noyau, réalisées par des moulistes
spécialisés. Notre laboratoire de contrôle Qualité - équipé de
quantomètre, duromètre, appareils pour radioscopie, essais de
traction et d’étanchéité - nous permet de garantir une qualité
constante au client. F.A.M. est donc en mesure d’offrir un
service complet et de livrer un produit fini et certifié.
