Amber Rustproofing
Description:
Body-Tec® Amber Rustproofing matches OEM appearance while providing superior rust protection. Abrasion resistant
coating will flow into hard to reach seams. Designed for replacement panels or new car rustproofing and restores the
repair of existing corrosion protection to original specifications found on the interior of fender and panel replacements.
Note: Amber Rustproofing is not recommended for use on exposed areas such as luggage compartments or engine
bays, as the material remains tacky after application.

Amber Rustproofing
SUITABLE SUBSTRATES:
Steel, galvanized, aluminum
Surface preparation:
Clean with Aqua SCAT 2 (TDS225), Speedi SCAT (TDS223) or SCAT (TDS222).
APPLICATION:
1. Shake well.
2. Clean surface using Aqua SCAT 2 (TDS225), Speedi SCAT (TDS223) or SCAT (TDS222).
3. (Aerosol) Holding can 10 - 12 inches from the surface, apply 2 - 3 light even coats. Short,
even strokes produce best results.
4. Remove overspray with Acry Solvent (TDS316).
Note: Allow several hours for flammable vapors to escape when product is sprayed in enclosed areas.
Flush with compressed air to help remove vapors.
