"West Bank", the western shores of the river Nile, enables you to reach the most important
sightseeing sites without timewasting detours or crossings of the Nile: the valley of the kings,
the valley od the queens, the noble tombs, the Ramesseum, the temple of queen Hatshepsut, and
many interesting places more. The distance to the Nile, the worldwide longest river, is only some
metres, and you live - surrounded by green agricultural areas - on the outskirt of a typical
Egyptian village.
The El Gezira Hotel offers 11 double rooms with air condition, a restaurant with a nice outside
terrace on the bank of a former branch of the Nile, a very nice roof terrace with an amazing view across
the Nile to the city of Luxor. Because of our location on the edge of the village Geziret-el-Beirat you
can easily reach all the monuments and sightseeing sites Luxor has to offer. And beside you can
experience the traditional way of life in an Egyptian village.

Gezira Gardens offers 8 apartments and 18 double rooms (all with air condition).
Every apartment includes 2 bed rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious reception. The kitchen is
fully equipped. One of the bed rooms is furnished with two single beds, the other one with a double bed.
Both rooms have a balcony, in the upper floor you have a nice view across the Nile to the city of Luxor.
On the backside of the building you can look over the fertile green farmland.
The compound includes a restaurant, a bar, a garden, a roof terrace, a pool and a laundry. All rooms
and apartments have television snd telephone. The distance to the Nile is only a three minutes walk.
The apartments can be used by up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
The price for an apartment is 60 € per day including breakfast and all taxes and services. All
prices valid until 30-09-2015.
