PERSONA AGGIUNTIVA € 16,00 al giorno ognuna, dopo la 3ª per i
Monolocali e dopo la 4ª per le Villette e le Mobilhome, gratis fino a 4 anni.
PULIZIA FINALE € 38,00 con l’obbligo di lasciare pulito l’angolo cottura.
SECONDA AUTO € 4,00 al giorno. CAUZIONE € 100,00 per tutte le
tipologie di unità abitative (restituibile). Le tariffe non includono la tassa di
soggiorno qualora fosse istituita.

SOGGIORNI da sabato a sabato o da domenica a domenica (salvo
disponibilità), con arrivo dalle ore 17.00 e partenza entro le ore 9.00. Fino
al 30/05 e dal 15/09 arrivi e partenze anche infrasettimanali. La piscina
ed il market sono aperti dal 14/05 al 18/09. PAGAMENTI si accettano con
Bancomat. Sportello Bancomat all’interno della struttura. NOLEGGIO bici,
canoe, pedalò ecc. SERVIZIO TRANSFER solo per gruppi, con gli aeroporti
di Pescara o Ancona.
ANIMALI DOMESTICI NON AMMESSI
EVENTI organizzazione di qualsiasi tipo: Meeting, Convegni, Raduni,
Cerimonie, Banchetti e Feste in genere. Le tariffe includono: IVA, uso degli
accessori dell’unità abitativa, acqua, energia elettrica, gas, un posto auto.
Le CASEMOBILI non sono fornite di cassaforte e bidet.
Per ragioni di SICUREZZA, potrebbe essere obbligatorio indossare il bracciale
di riconoscimento.

Will be confirmed upon receipt of the advance payment of a third of the total cost.
Another third must be paid 30 days before arrival and the last third including
obligatory additional costs (animation, acquapark, beach equipment, caution and
final cleaning) on arrival. In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking, 1/3 of
the total cost will be retained up to 30 days before arrival, 2/3 after 30 days, the
total cost after the date of arrival.

Animation, Strandservice mit 1 Sonnenschirm, 1 Liegestuhl oder Regiestuhl
und 1 Strandliege bereits zugeteilt pro Wohnung. ZUSÄTZLICHE PERSON ab
drei Personen für Einzimmerappartments und ab vier Personen für Bungalows
und Mobilheime € 16,00 täglich für jede weitere Person. ENDREINIGUNG €
38,00 (vor der Abreise ist es obligatorisch die Kochnische zu reinigen)
ZWEITES AUTO € 4,00 pro Tag KAUTION WOHNUNG € 100,00
(Rückerstattung bei der Abreise).
Die angegebenen preise beeinhalten keine kurtaxe, falls diese obligatorisch

participer aux loisirs proposés par l’équipe d’animateurs, l’accès à la plage

pour chaque habitation. PERSONNES SUPPLÉMENTAIRES pour chaque
personne de plus, voir plus que les 3 personnes pour les studios et plus que les
4 personnes pour les bungalows et pour les mobilhomes, on demande de payer
16,00 € supplémentaires par jour. NETTOYAGEFINAL 38,00 € avec
l’obligation de laisser propre l’angle cuisine. DEUXIÈME VOITURE 4,00 € par
jour. CAUTION 100,00 € pour toutes les solutions d’habitation, restituables à

Aufenthalte von Samstag bis Samstag und Sonntag bis Sonntag (soweit
verfügbar). Bis 30/05 und von 15/09 sind die Anreisen und die Abreisen auch
unter der Woche möglich. Ankunft nach 17.00 Uhr. Verlassen der Wohnung
vor 9.00 Uhr. Geldausgabeautomat in der Anlage. Das Schwimmbad und der
Market öffnen am 14/05 und bleiben bis zum 18/09 geöffnet. Verleih von
Fahrrädern, Surfbrettern, Kanus und Tretboote. Kostenloser Shuttleservice für
die Hin- und Rückfahrt zum Flughafen von Pescara oder Ancona (nur für
Gruppen). HAUSTIERE NICHT ERLAUBT. Feriendorf ist auf jeden Fall zur
Verfügung. Es werden Meetings, Zeremonien, Feste, Sternfahrten usw.
organisiert. Die angezeigten Mietpreise enthalten Mehrwertsteuer, Wasser,
Strom und Gasverbrauch. Die MOBILE HOMES sind mit kein safe und kein
bidet ausgestattet.
Aus SICHERHEITSGRUENDEN koennte es obligatorisch sein kontrollarmbaender zu tragen.
TELEFONISCHE RESERVIERUNG BUNGALOWS
Wird nach Erhalt der Vorauszahlung in Höhe eines Drittels der Gesamtsumme
bestätigt. Ein weiteres Drittel muss 30 Tage vor Ankunft überwiesen werden
und das verbleibende Drittel zuzüglich der obligatorischen Nebenkosten
(Animation, Wasserpark, Strandservice, Kaution und Endreinigung) ist bei
Ankunft zur Zahlung fällig. Sollte die Reservierung zurückgenommen werden,
so wird bis 30 Tage vor Ankunft ein Drittel und nach dieser Zeit zwei Drittel
einbehalten; nach Ankunftsdatum wird den ganzen Betrag einbehalten.
LINGE DE SALLE DE BAINS ET DE CHAMBRE 7,00 € par personne/pour
chaque demande. Première forniture non compris. PENSION COMPLÈTE (petit
déjeuner, déjeuner, dîner) 34,00 € par jour, par personne. DEMI PENSION
(petit déjeuner, déjeuner ou dîner) 24,00 € par jour, par personne. Le déjeuner
et le dîner, au choix entre 2 menu, se composent de: 1entrée,1 plat
principale,1 garniture, fruits de saison, 1/4 l de vin et de l’eau minérale.
PARASOL, LIT PLAGE ET CHAISE LONGUE SUPPLÉMENTAIRES 40,00 € par
semaine, pourvu qu’il y ait la disponibilité. FRAIS SUPPLÉMENTAIRES pour les
parasols en 1ère file: 5,00 € par jour, pourvu qu’il y ait la disponibilité.
CLIMATISATION selon l’usage pour les bungalows et mobilhome, 5,00 € par
jour pour les studios.
RENSEIGNEMENTS
Les séjours vont du samedi au samedi, ou du dimanche au dimanche (à partir
d’autres jours aussi pourvu qu’il ait la disponibilité), avec l’arrivée à 17:00
heures et le départ à 9:00 du matin. Jusqu’au 30/05 et à partir du 15/09 les
arrivées et les départs peuvent avoir lieu aussi pendant la semaine. La piscine
et le petit marché sont ouverts du 14/05 au 18/09. On accepte les payements
avec carte de crédit. Le guichet automatique se trouve à l’intérieur du Village.
Possibilité de louer des bicyclettes, des canöes et des pédalos. Pour les
groupes seulement, il y a un service de transfert des aéroportsde Pescara ou
de Ancona. LES ANIMAUX DOMESTIQUES NE SONT PAS ADMIS. Le Village
est à disposition pour toute sorte d’événements: meeting, congrès, réunions,
fêtes et banquets de noces. Dans les prix, ils sont inclus: l’impôt IVA, l’emploi
de tous les services del’habitation (l’eau, l’énergie électrique et le gaz) et une
place parking pour la voiture. Toutes les MOBILE HOMES ne sont pas pourvues
de coffres-forts et aussi de bidet dans la salle de bain. Pour des raisons de
SÉCURITÉ il pourrait être obligatoire de porter des bracelets d’identification.
RÉSERVATION VILLAGE
Votre réservation sera confirmée au moment où on aura reçu 1/3 de la somme
du séjour. Encore 1/3 devra être envoyer 30 jours avant votre arrivée et le
dernier 1/3, avec les frais obligatoires, nous sera payé à l’arrivée. Dans le cas
où il y aurait renonciation d’une réservation déjà confirmée, la direction gardera
1/3 de la somme si votre renonciation aura eu lieu 30 jours avant votre séjour,
2/3 après les 30 jours, et la somme entière après la date prévue pour votre
arrivée.
