PHI Cares – Air Ambulance Helicopter
Guest Speaker for Annual Meeting
For those of you that were not able to attend
the Annual Meeting you missed a very
informative, exciting and beneficial
presentation by PHI Cares, providing air
medical ambulance support for our area.
They arrived in a bright yellow helicopter
with the pilot, of course, and 2 EMT’s. They
landed in the field directly across from the
Ranch House.
Everyone had an opportunity to see the
helicopter up close and personal and get
any questions answered. PHI is one of two
air ambulance companies that support our
area here in Mountain Ranch. PHI offered
us a group membership, cost of
$40/annually for your residence. With this
membership, if you used their service this is
the total amount you would be responsible
for. PHI would get paid by your insurance
company but you would not be responsible
for anything more than your $40
membership fee. We all know how often
someone needs to be air transported to
another medical facility and how expensive
that can be. We still have forms available
that you can fill out and take advantage of
this cost beneficial membership. Their
website is www.phicares.com . If you need
a form to sign up for this membership
contact either Dianne Siler 754-5061,
[email protected] or Sandie Price at

From the desk of your President – Sandy
Tyler
As we begin another year with a newly
structured board, I ask that each of you
consider how you might play a small part in
your Association. Can you spare some time
to work on a committee? Can you perhaps
spend an afternoon with neighbors and
friends on a Ranch House project or share
an idea for fundraising? No contribution is
too small!!
We discussed the concept of a Community
Care Plan at the annual meeting. The goal
is to make each street, each lot and each lot
owner feel safe and connected when
emergencies arise. Participation is voluntary
and details are available upon request. We
have also put together a home safety
checklist. This will help you determine how
safe your property is. Please let me know if
you’d like to be included.
I look forward to another year of working
with all of you again!

2010-2011 MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS
The road repair material bins are completed
and the road repair product is going through
them without any loss of material. 90% of
the pothole patching planned for this year
has been completed, by our Caretaker, and
two of the four major road reconstruction
areas are completed.
The Ranch House roof has been repaired
and the foundation water problem is being
addressed at this time.
The unbelievable donation of money and
time from our Association has been nothing
short of amazing. It would not have been
possible without you. THANK YOU AGAIN!!
Respectfully submitted: Doug Baird
