Etape 1 : Travail individuel (5 mn + 10-12 mn)
Vous êtes conseiller(e) municipal(e) dans votre commune rurale de 10.000 habitants.
Il a été décidé d’aménager un terrain de 1.000 m² qui comprend un bâtiment de 600 m², afin d’en faire un lieu
convivial pour les jeunes de la commune.
Exemple d’un terrain de 1.000m² :
1. Vous disposez de 5 minutes pour imaginer le réaménagement de ce terrain.
2. A tour de rôle et en maximum 2 minutes, vous expliquez votre choix aux autres participants.
Etape 2 : Travail de groupe (15 mn + 5 mn)
Ensemble, vous êtes les membres de la commission.
1. Décidez de l’affectation et de l’aménagement du terrain et de son bâtiment
2. Précisez la communication qui sera faite autour de ce projet.
Vous disposez de 15 minutes, et vous pouvez utiliser le tableau.
Pensez au « time keeper » qui surveillera l’horloge.
Votre groupe a ensuite 5 minutes pour présenter le projet aux observateurs, dans le contexte d’une
présentation à l’ensemble du Conseil Municipal.
