A La forme du dégagement (rayon + cône) permet, selon l'inclinaison de
la pièce à usiner B d'augmenter sensiblement la hauteur d'utilisation
des fraises dégagées C .
Alliée à la nouvelle géométrie de coupe, elle réduit les risques de rupture
et les vibrations. L'utilisation à grande vitesse est ainsi possible.
Le revêtement Hard'X - dureté 3500 HV - convient pour l'usinage
d'aciers traités jusqu'à 67 HRC.

del pezzo da lavorare B di aumentare sensibilmente l'altezza di impiego delle
frese con scarico posteriore C .
Legata ad una nuova geometria di taglio, questa sagoma riduce i rischi di
rotture e di vibrazioni. E' anche possibile l'impiego ad alta velocità.
Il rivestimento Hard'X - durezza 3500 HV - è consigliato per la
lavorazione di acciai trattati fino a 67 HRC.
