MÉTHODE SOUSTRACTIVE
SUBTRACTIVE METHOD
Le traitement BCP® consiste à obtenir une surface rugueuse micro
texturée par sablage. L’opération consiste à projeter des particules à la
surface de l’implant créant ainsi des micro-impacts à leur surface.
BCP® treatment involves obtaining a sanded micro-textured rough surface.
The procedure involves spraying particles onto the surface of the implant
creating micro-impacts at their surface.

La mouillabilité des surfaces traitées au BCP® est supérieure à celle
obtenue avec des sablages traditionnels à l’alumine, à la silice ou encore
au corindon. Elle permet de stabiliser le caillot sanguin initial, d’établir
un contact intime de celui-ci avec la surface de titane et d’obtenir une
meilleure adhésion cellulaire.

The wettability of surfaces treated with BCP® is greater than that obtained
with traditional alumina, silica or corindon sanding. It helps to stabilise the
initial blood clot, establish intimate contact between the blood clot and the
titanium surface and provide improved cellular adhesion.

EFFECTIVE AS EARLY AS 6 WEEKS (FIG. 3&4)
Des études sur épiphyses fémorales de rat ont montré à 6 semaines une
ostéogénèse de contact avec les surfaces traitées BCP® contrairement
aux surfaces lisses ou sablées à l’alumine qui présentent une interface
fibreuse sans ostéogénèse de contact. Ces résultats ont également été
confortés par une étude à 12 semaines menée dans le cadre de l’INSERM.
On observe à 6 mois un contact os-implant de 73,31% +/- 17,76% contre
38,01% +/- 9,32% avec des surface lisses, quelque soit la qualité de l’os.
Studies on rat femoral epiphyses have demonstrated contact osteogenesis
with BCP® surfaces at 6 weeks in contrast to smooth or alumina sanded
surfaces, which show a fibrous interface without contact osteogenesis.
These results have also been backed up by a 12-week study conducted
by INSERM. At 6 months, bone impact contact of 73.31% +/- 17.76% was
found compared to 38.01% +/- 9.32% with smooth surfaces regardless of
bone quality.

B. Ancillaire modulaire - Modular ancillary equipment
Le Module de base regroupe les forets initiaux, clés de
vissage et instruments communs nécessaires à la pose
des implants Ossfit® et Anthofit® commercialisés par
la société Anthogyr.
Module spécifique : regroupe les alésoirs et autres
instruments coupants spécifiques à chaque système.
Augmenter vos possibilités thérapeutiques par
l’adjonction d’un système d’implant devient très
simple grâce à l’ancillaire évolutif Ossfit®. Le simple

L’implant Ossfit® Standard présente un col usiné
évasé de hauteur 2.8 mm. Positionné de manière
transgingivale, cet implant permet de décaler
l’interface prothétique nettement au dessus de
la crête osseuse, évitant ainsi toute violation de
l’espace biologique. Cet implant est recommandé
prioritairement dans les secteurs postérieurs et/ou
lorsque la muqueuse est suffisamment épaisse pour
assurer le recouvrement de la partie de col supracrestale.
L’implant Standard Ø 3.5 mm est indiqué pour les
restaurations unitaires (scellées), plurales (scellées
ou vissées) ou complètes (sur attachement boule ou
barre).
Le diamètre d’embase prothétique est de 4.8 mm.
Une crête osseuse minimum de 5 à 6 mm est
nécessaire pour pouvoir utiliser l’implant Ossfit®
Standard Ø 3.5 mm.
The Standard Ossfit® implant offers a concave shaped
neck of 2.8 mm in height. Placed in a transgingival
manner, this implant permits clear shifting of the
prosthetic interface above the bone ridge, thus avoiding any transgression of the biological space. This
implant is particularly advised for posterior areas
and/or when the mucosa is thick enough to ensure
the covering of the neck placed in supra-crestal
position. The Standard Ø 3.5 mm implant is advised
for single unit (cemented), multiple unit (cemented or
screw-retained), or total reconstructions (bar or ball
attachment).
The diameter of the prosthetic platform is Ø 4.8 mm.
A bone ridge of minimum 5 to 6 mm is necessary in

Le collecteur d’os Aspeo® se connecte sur l’aspiration du
fauteuil et permet de récolter des fragments osseux au
moment de la préparation du site.
La grande capacité de son filtre se traduit par des carottes
osseuses importantes et de très bonne qualité. L’os récupéré
pourra être apposé très facilement grâce à la forme
ergonomique de la seringue, pour les applications telles
que la correction d’un défaut osseux, un recouvrement d’une
spire apparente de l’implant ou encore un comblement
osseux en zone maxillaire supérieure.
