Know the factors that affect the material handling rate and ship accordingly
 Please review and complete the material handling forms as accurately as possible as
we want to ensure that your move-in and move-out run as smoothly as possible.
 All work performed at the show is based on the hourly rates (see Heavy Machinery
Handling Form) included in the kit.
 GES is in partnership with Summerside to supply rigging and machinery installation
for Heavy Machinery.

Suggestions to save you time and money / Sauvez temps et argent!
1. LOADING: Please ensure your trucks are loaded friendly for removal
(i.e. on at least 4”- 6” blocking, fork pockets turned to side of trailer bed).
2. SKIDDING & BOXES: Requires additional work to remove. Either leave skidding on
equipment or reduce their use. AISLES MUST BE KEPT CLEAR AT ALL TIMES.
3. PLANNING: Plan your work prior to the start of our service in order to minimize the
time necessary to unload your machinery. This will save you both time and money.
4. EQUIPMENT PLACEMENT: Take the time to be sure of the exact final location of your
machinery BEFORE WE BEGIN. Relocation of machinery is costly to you.
