About two articles against the Aimed Solar Returns
Dear Friends,
around two weeks ago I received from a Swiss magazine of Astrology
an article against the Aimeds Solar Returns. I published in my blog the link
to this article. Someone laughed a lot at this, speaking of one autogoal of
mine, but only because they had not read my books and 20 years of
publications of my magazine Ricerca '90. I think that all can express their
own thought and then, the Reader, after having read the two theses to
comparison, will choose that that seems to be the best. This way of acting
has been successful, in my case, and while the writings of my adversaries
are practically unknown in the world, mine many books are sold all over the
world in thousands and I have thousand of students in the whole planet.
Subsequently the Publisher of this magazine wrote me proposing me to
write an article of answer. I said that I didn't hold it necessary since there
were over 20 books of mine, in 7-8 languages, on such matter and I proposed
to ask to one good student of mine and today colleague, Georgiana Costescu,
to write her such article. The Publisher accepted and few days later he
received this article of Georgiana Costescu. He confirmed that he would
have published it within few days.
Yesterday, instead, the Publisher has again written me and he has told
me that he has preferred not to publish the article of Georgiana Costescu
and, instead, he has published a second article against the Aimed Solar
Returns.
To this point, as it regards me, the thing ends here being me a great fan of
the first amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America.
Here under you will read the very good article of Georgiana Costescu.

Oui, vous avez raison. Il y a beaucoup des arnaques qui
prétendent qu’ils peuvent drésser des thèmes de Révolution Solaire,
exactement comme il y a beaucoup des escrocs qui prétendent qu’ils
peuvent lire des thèmes de naissance et proposer des solutions
pertinentes, sans compter les faux voyants. Mais, on ne peut pas
nier qu’une thème natal existe et qu’il peut être intérpreté, également
comme il y a de personnes dotée de capacités paranormales réelles.
La Révolutione Solaire existe et fonctionne très bien. Dommage
qu’il y en a beaucoup qui parlent à ce sujet, sans avoir une base de
connaissances en astrologie et sans faire, au moins, des recherches
dans ce domaine. Vous dites qu’il n’y a personne dans le monde qui
dispose « d’une solide base de données statistiques sur plusieurs
années, sérieusement documentée, et surtout objective ». Mais vous
écrivez juste pour vous amuser, sans avoir l’intétêt de faire du
journalisme de qualité, parce qu’une telle base de données
statistiques existe ! Je vous invite à lire les livres de Ciro Discepolo,
le vrai expert en Révolutions Solaires ! Il est le successeur
idéologique d’André Barbault et le premier et unique astrologue qui
a vraiment établi une base de données imprésionante sur une période
de 42 ans ! De plus, Ciro Discepolo a écrit dizaines de livres au
sujet de la Révolution Solaire. Il a découvert, par son travail pratique,
l’essence de la RS et, par cela, il a réussi de créer 34 régles pour
avoir un bon thème de RS. Ces régles sont sorties d’un intense
travail pratique, comme écrit ci-dessus, et non de la pure imagination.
Ciro Discepolo a établi l’École d’Astrologie Active. Cette École
idéologique prend en considération seulement les 10 planetes
fondamentales, les 12 maisons et, surtout, l’Ascendant. On ne compte
pas des Parts arabes, Lilith, Noeuds, Astéroïdes ou des points
inventés.
Juste parce que vous le donnaient comme exemple, savez-vous
que Saturne n’est pas la plus mauvaise des planètes dans une RS, à
moins qu’elle ne se trouve sur/près du MC (Medium Coeli) ou dans
la maison 10 ? La plus mauvaise est Mars !
Donc, ce monsieur Bret Morel n’a rien fait en déplaçant le
Saturne de la maison cardinale, si, par exemple, le Mars se trouvait
dans la maison 6 ! Veuillez lire les 33 régles de Ciro Discepolo. Les
maisons 1, 6 et 12 sont les pires dans une Révolution Solaire. Il faut
noter qu’on trouve toujours des configurations (Ascendant, Soleil,
Mars ou/et Stellium) sur ces maisons dans les mauvaises années.

Je vais démonter aussi la dite ‘impregnation du thème’ qui est
tout simplement une grande ineptie ! La Révolution Solaire a besoin
de juste une seconde pour prendre effet. Il n’est pas besoin de
rester plus de quelques minutes dans l’endroit choisi. 10 minutes
suffit pour être sûrs que vous avez attrapé cette seconde qui
correspond au retour du Soleil.
Vous parlez ironiquement de la compression des 356 jours en
24 heures, mais, en effet, il s’agit de la compression des 356 jours
en une seconde, celui qui correspond à alignement des coordonées
solaire actuelles avec celles natives. Mais en niant l’influence de
cette seconde sur l’entier année, vous niez l’influence du thème natale
sur l’entière vie et, par cela, vous niez l’astrologie!
Nous ne parlons pas maintenant de la Tradition, mais de nouvelles
vrais recherches sur les Révolutions Solaires.
En ce qui concerne le thème de Strauss-Kahn, nous ne sommes
pas sûrs que Mr Strauss-Kahn a passé son anniversaire de 2011 en
New York ou dans un autre endroit, donc on ne peut pas drésser
une carte sans avoir cette information précieuse. Je peut seulement
dire que la carte de New York est extrêmement mauvaise et ne
montre aucun rétablissement.
Afin de prouver que les Revolutions Solaires fonctionnent et
influencent nos vies, je vous donne deux exemples très pértinents :
Greta Garbo et Mata Hari.
Greta Garbo est décédée le 15 avril 1990 à New York. Disons
nous que la Révolution Solaire ne fonctionne pas et qu’il n’y a aucune
différence entre la carte dréssée pour son lieu de naissance,
Stockholm, et la carte pour New York, la ville où l’actrice a vécu
jusqu’à la fin de ses jours. Son thème de Stockholm, pour l’année
de sa morte, dréssé pour 1989, montre l’Ascendant dans la 5ème
maison natale qui indique des événements liés aux enfants, des liaisons
amoureuses, des activités créatives, des loisirs. Par contre, si nous
regardons à la carte dréssée pour New York, l’Ascendant se trouve
dans la 12ème maison natale. Cela indique la solitude dans laquelle
elle a passé ses derniers jours de vie, loin de la presse et du monde
hollywoodien. De plus, cette position signale aussi les problèmes
de santé et l’incidence avec les hôpitaux à cause de l’ insuffisance
rénale terminale et la pneumonie qui ont finalement apporté sa mort.
Également, le Mars qui se trouve dans la maison 4 de la Révolution

Solaire, indique l’hospitalisation (vous pouvez lire tout cela dans les
livres de Ciro Discepolo).
Prenons nous le deuxième exemple, un épisode terrible de la vie
de Mata Hari en 1899, le 27 juin : l’empoisonnement de ses enfants
et la mort d’un de ces deux. Elle était mariée avec un officier de la
marine, Rudolf MacLeod, avec qui elle part vivre aux Indes
néerlandaises, en Medan, où son mari est nommé chef de garnison.
Ils avaient deux enfants, un garçon et une fille. Son fils meurt
empoisonné par la nurse qui est l'amante de son mari et qui, jalouse,
se venge en essayant d'empoisonner les deux enfants en 1899.
Si nous analysons la carte dréssée pour Leeuwarden, Pays-Bas
(le lieu de naissance de Mata Hari), nous ne voyons rien d’espécial
: l’Ascendant dans la 4ème maison, la 5ème maison des enfants est
vide, Venus et Jupiter dans la 7ème maison des ennemis. Mais, si
nous regardons sur le thème de Medan, l’Ascendent de la RS se
trouve dans la 8ème (maison de la mort et du poison), Uranus dans
la 5ème maison des enfants et les 2 maîtres de cette maison, les
planetes Mars et Pluto, se trouvent en conjonction dans la 12ème
maison (la pire maison du Zodiac). De plus, un autre détail, Neptune
(l’inconnu et les substances chimiques qui causent des perturbations
sur les organismes) se trouve sur l’Ascendant de la RS.
Je pourrais vous montrer beaucoup de cas comme ces deux,
mais, premièrement, veuillez lire les livres de Ciro Discepolo et
ensuite, seulement après avoir lu tous ces livres, vous pourrez écrire
un article sérieusement documenté sur les Révolutions Solaires.

I would like to add only few my notes and then I will hold closed the
matter.
- I think that the Publisher and the magazine quoted on this blog few
days ago has the right to write many articles anchor, also thousand, against
the Aimed Solar Returns.
- It is not absolutely true that I have written that it was Abu Mashar to
deal himself, for the first time, of Solar Returns. This is absolutely a false
news and also in my last American books I have specified that such practice

goes up again to many centuries before when the famous Persian astrologer
dealt himself with such matter.
- It is not true that I am "a good Italian expert of Solar Returns": I am the
most greater world expert of Solar Returns, of Lunar Returns and of Aimed
Solar and Lunar Returns.

In my SR for 2013 at Lowestoft, UK the SR ascendant falls in the radix
first house.
In your books, you have strongly advised against this position. Is their
any way to salvage this?

Dear Ciro,
I want to share with you the chart of a dear friend of mine born March
29, 1957 at 23h 30min. in Cuellar, Spain. She spent her 2011 birthday in
Pamplona, Spain, where she resides.
My friend, Juana, and I discussed the strong need for her to have an
aimed solar return this year because the chart, as you will see, was horrific
according to your recommendations. She absolutely could not get away
from work and spent her birthday in Pamplona.
This is what happened: She had a freak accident in a public bus riding
home from work. She lost a chunk of her liver and her hepatic artery ruptured.
It is not short of a miracle that she is still alive, only due to the fact that
the accident happened very close to a hospital and she got there very fast.
It took a couple of very serious surgeries but she made it. The broken arm
and other issues are no big deal.
On top of the above, her mother died of a heart attack in August.
I am enormously grateful that my friend is alive and getting better every
day. But I though you will be interested in the case for your research.
Please feel free to share her chart in your blog if you wish, my friend
gave us permission. She and I have been helping each other with our

SRs for years.

unfortunately exist people, in the world, that move theirself in direction
of the evil and other people that try to do many good things but they are
hindered every day by this human ballast.
Think that in Italy there are two horoscope-makers (but they think to be
astrologers) that seeing this horrible Aimed Solar Return, with Mars in 6^
House, the Sun in 12^ House, a strong stellium in 12^ House and a stellium
between the First and the 12^ House, would have told to Juana to stay
home because this ASR was very beautiful and Juana would be grown a
lot! Juana is not grown, but he has been near to the death and he has suffered
a lot. I am convinced that an horoscope-maker can do more a criminal's
damages when he thinks about being an astrologer.
Take care of Juana and project for him a good 2013 birthday.

Ciro Discepolo, an astrologer, journalist and writer,
was born in Naples in 1948 (on the 17th of July, at
5:40 am).
He worked for twenty years at the most popular
daily of Naples, Il Mattino, writing articles on science,
medicine, informatics, literature and astrology. He
always refused to cast the so-called 'horoscopes of
the solar signs' for that newspaper and for any other newspaper or magazine.
He worked (at 20 years old) for five years at the CNR (National Research
Council) as Researcher Helper and, for two years, as Electronic Measures
Laboratory‘s head in the Istituto Motori of Naples, CNR.
He has been dealing with astrology since 1970. He has written over 65 books,
most of them best-sellers in Italy as well as abroad (France, the United States
of America, Spain, Germany, Hungary, Slovenia and Russia). He has published
also about 750 Astrology lessons on YouTube. In 1990 he founded the quarterly
Ricerca '90, which he's been directing since then.
He's been doing statistical researches from the very beginning of his interest
in astrology.
At the beginning of the '90s, he obtained very brilliant results with researches
on astral heredity on a sample of over 75,000 subjects.
He's been holding seminars, courses and lectures in different universities and
cultural centres in Italy and abroad.
He particularly deals with Predictive Astrology and Aimed Solar Returns.
According to many colleagues he may be considered the greatest living expert
of this sector. In fact not only he wrote a dozen of texts on this specific segment
of the "Art of Urania" - he can also rely on an experience of more than 20,000
aimed birthdays (covering the years 1970 to 2007) that he suggested, whose
outcomes he collected at an interval of one year.
He developed extremely advanced software packages for the study of
Predictive Astrology, also projecting an innovative algorithm which is particularly
useful for the dating of events within one year for individuals or groups of
people.
He is deeply interested in informatics. Astrologically speaking, he followed the
school of André Barbault.
He founded the school of the Active Astrology.
