1.
Les Petits Loups (referred to hereunder as “LPL” is a French speaking
playgroup for children aged 0 to school age, accompanied by a parent1. It is a
non-profit organisation.
2.
LPL welcomes babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers to socialise and immerse
themselves in the French language with songs, stories, crafts and activities.
3.
LPL aims to provide a safe and playful environment where the French language
is spoken during its two-hour informal sessions held weekly at St Aidan’s
Church Hall, 37 Arabella Street, Lane Cove NSW 2066 on Wednesdays and
Thursdays from 10.00 am until 12.00 pm.

LPL gives parents the opportunity to meet new people, gain support and
exchange parenting ideas.
5.
LPL is affiliated with the NSW Playgroup Association. It is therefore
compulsory for LPL members2 to join this Association and renew their
membership annually to take advantage of a wide range of benefits and of its
comprehensive insurance cover.
6.
To ensure smooth and efficient running, LPL seeks active and benevolent
participation from all its members. It encourages its members to attend
meetings and AGM convened by LPL’s board of management made up of 3
office-bearers, a Treasurer, a Secretary and a Co-ordinator elected for a
maximum of two years.

7.
LPL expects that all members act with respect and integrity at all times.
8.
LPL offers free access to its library of books, CDs and DVDs to all its
members. It asks that a bond be paid upon joining to cover the cost of
replacement of lost or damaged library items by members. This bond is fully
refundable once the member leaves LPL permanently.
9.
Borrowed books should be returned at the end of each term and books
borrowed during the year must be returned at the end of the calendar year for
inventory purposes.
10.
LPL allows the borrowing of three books per member for a duration of three
consecutive weeks during each term.
11.
LPL fees shall be paid within the first two weeks of each term.
12.
Supply of tea and coffee is paid for by LPL for the parents’ morning tea. A
parent may add a cake to be shared by all parents. Parents are expected to
bring their children’s own morning tea.

1.
Les Petits Loups, ci-après désignés “LPL”, est une crèche parentale,
francophone qui accueille des enfants de 0 à 5 ans accompagnés de leurs
parents1. C’est une organisation non-lucrative à gestion parentale.
2.
LPL offre à l’enfant l’occasion de s’immerger dans la langue française,
d’établir des relations avec d’autres, enfants, adultes, dans un environnement
chaleureux et ludique grâce à diverses activités d’éveil et de loisir (chansons,
comptines, bricolage, lectures, etc.).
3.
Les rencontres des LPL ont lieu deux fois par semaine, le mercredi et le jeudi
dans les locaux de l’Eglise St Aidans, 37 Arabella Street, Lane Cove NSW
2066 de 10h00 heures à 12h00.

LPL favorise la rencontre, les échanges et les solidarités entre parents.

Le LPL est affilié au NSW Playgroup Association. L’inscription à cette
organisation est obligatoire. Une fois inscrit à la NSW Playgroup
Association, tout membre2 du LPL bénéficie de certains avantages,
l’assurance-accident notamment.

Afin the garantir le bon fonctionnement des LPL, il est primordial que les
parents s’investissent dans la gestion du groupe. Le bon fonctionnement
repose donc sur la sincérité de l’engagement, l’entraide et la bonne volonté.
LPL invite tous les parents à assister aux réunions et assemblées générales du
comité. Ce comite est constitué de trois directeurs/ trices : un/ une
trésorier/ière, un/ une secrétaire et d’un/ une administrateur/ trice, élus pour
deux ans au maximum.
7.
Il est demandé à tous les membres du LPL d’assumer leurs fonctions avec
intégrité et éthique.
8.
Tout membre inscrit aux LPL peut emprunter gratuitement des livres, CD et
DVD à la bibliothèque des LPL, moyennant une caution pour couvrir, le cas
échéant, les frais de remplacement de livres perdus ou endommagés. Cette

caution, payable au moment de l’inscription au LPL, est remboursée
intégralement au départ définitif du membre.
9.
Il est recommandé de rapporter tous les livres empruntés à la fin de chaque
trimestre et à la fin de l’année civile pour inventaire annuel.
10.
Tout membre peut emprunter trois livres maximum pendant trois semaines
consécutives au cours de chaque trimestre.
11.
Les cotisations aux LPL doivent être versées dans les deux semaines qui
suivent la reprise de chaque trimestre.
12.
Le LPL met à la disposition des parents des provisions en thé et café. Le
gâteau, en supplément, est fourni par les parents selon un planning des
permanences valable pour chaque trimestre. Le parent est responsable du
gouter de son enfant.
