Includes Convention Registration, return
transportation and four night's
accommodation (1 room each) at your
District Convention Hotel.
MARCH 31, 2012 EARLY BIRD DRAW
For the Sponsor and New Member Registration
and 2 nights accommodation (1 room each) to
their 2012 District Convention. All Draw Tickets
received by April 10, 2012 and winner notified
by April 15, 2012 by telephone.
(Your ticket will be returned to the draw)
DRAW RULES:
Each time a Kiwanis Member sponsors a new
member to a Kiwanis Club from October 1,
2011 to September 30, 2012, he/she will
have a ticket placed in the draw.
Any additional accommodation or travel
arrangements are at the winner's expense.
The draw is only eligible to Kiwanis
Members of Clubs residing in Canada.
The Foundation will advise the winners by
telephone in October, 2012.
NOTE: Prizes are not transferable and
Hotel accommodation for both prizes provides
1 room for the Sponsor & 1 room for the
New Member.

TIRAGE LE 31 MARS 2012
POUR LES ADHÉSIONS HÂTIVES
Inscription au congrès de district 2012 pour
le parrain et le nouveau membre et
l'hébergement pour deux (2) nuits (une
chambre chacun). Les billets de tirage doivent
tous être reçus avant le 10 avril 2012 et le
gagnant ou la gagnante sera avisé/e par
téléphone avant le 15 avril 2012.
(Votre billet sera remis dans le tirage.)
RÈGLES DU TIRAGE
Chaque fois qu'un membre Kiwanis parraine un
nouveau membre souhaitant adhérer à un Club
Kiwanis entre le ler octobre 2011 et le 30 septembre
2012, il aura droit à un billet de tirage.
Tout hébergement ou toute disposition de voyage
additionnels sont aux frais du/de la gagnant/e.
Le tirage ne s'adresse qu'aux membres de
clubs Kiwanis résidant au Canada.
La Fondation préviendra les gagnants par téléphone
en octobre 2012.
NOTA : Les prix ne sont pas transférables et
l'hébergement à l'hôtel dans le cas des deux prix
prévoit une chambre pour le parrain et une chambre
pour le nouveau membre.
La demande au verso doit être remplie.
