The ATKSI reduces rain, hail and wind noise by approximately 15 dBA with respect to the standard draft inducing cap (ATK).

METALOTERM® AT Silencers
Purpose
• Reduction of noise coming in from the surroundings (motorways, aircraft, industry).
• Reduction of noise from appliances (boilers, ovens, emergency power generators) via a combustion gas exhaust channel to the outside.
• Reduction of noise from a combustion gas ventilator.
• Reduction of noise from weather effects (rain, hail, wind).
Application
• The ATSI is a noise-damping section with an operating length of 1000 or 500 mm. The noise reduction caused by the perforated interior wall is the largest
in the center and high tone region. The ATSI is suitable for both industry and consumer sectors.
• The ATKSI is a noise dampening draft inducing cap. The ATKSI replaces a standard ATK with the objective of reducing the noise from rain, hail and wind.
The ATKSI also reduces incoming noise that is reflected via the roof surface.
Advantages
• Considerable noise reduction for various applications.
• The ATSI noise absorbing dampers are easy to fit in your (existing) METALOTERM® AT combustion gas exhaust channel.
• Ease of installation.
• No aesthetic impact on your channel.
• No increase in the outside diameter of the channel.
Advice for installation
Noise coming in from the outside can be best reduced if the damper(s) are installed close to the appliance.
Noise coming out from the inside can be best reduced if the damper(s) is/are installed at the end (highest part) of the channel.
Better noise reduction results can be achieved if different types of dampers are combined in 1 channel.
Multiple damper sections installed after one another give a better noise reduction in the low tone range. Here there is also a considerable reduction of the noise
in the middle and high tone range.
METALOTERM® AT Abgasschalldämpfer
Ziel
• Reduktion von nach innen dringenden Umgebungsgeräuschen (Autobahnen, Flugzeuge, Betriebe).
• Reduktion von Gerätegeräuschen (Boiler, Öfen, Notstromaggregate), die über ein Abgasrohr nach außen dringen.
• Reduktion von Geräuschen von Abgasventilatoren.
• Reduktion von wetterbedingten Geräuschen (Regen, Hagel, Wind).
Einsatzbereich
• Die ATSI ist ein schalldämpfendes Element mit einer effektiven Länge von 1000 oder 500 mm. Die durch die perforierte Innenwand erzielte Schallreduktion
ist im Mittel- und Hochtonbereich am größten. Die ATSI kann sowohl im Industrie- als auch im Privatsektor eingesetzt werden.
• Die ATKSI ist eine schalldämpfende windabweisende Regenhaube. Die ATKSI ersetzt eine Standard-ATK mit dem Ziel, wetterbedingte Geräusche von Regen,
Hagel und Wind zu reduzieren. Darüber hinaus reduziert die ATKSI nach innen dringende Geräusche, die von der Dachfläche reflektiert werden.
Vorteile
• Erhebliche Schallreduktion für diverse Einsatzbereiche.
• Die ATSI Schalldämpfer können einfach in Ihr (vorhandenes) METALOTERM® AT-Abgasrohr eingebaut werden.
• Leichte Montage

Von außen nach innen dringende Geräusche können am effektivsten reduziert werden, wenn der/die Dämpfer möglichst nah an der Anlage montiert werden.
Von innen nach außen dringende Geräusche können am effektivsten reduziert werden, wenn der/die Dämpfer am Ende (höchster Punkt) des Abgasrohrs
montiert werden.
Die Schallreduktion kann weiter verbessert werden, wenn unterschiedliche Dämpfertypen in einem Abgasrohr kombiniert werden.
Werden mehrere Dämpferelemente hintereinander montiert, wird eine bessere Schallreduktion im Tieftonbereich erreicht.
Darüber hinaus wird auch eine deutliche Schallreduktion im Mittel- und Hochtonbereich erzielt.

METALOTERM® AT Silencieux
Objectif
• Réduire à l’intérieur le bruit en provenance de l’environnement (autoroutes, avions, entreprises).
• Réduire le bruit des appareils (ballons d’eau chaude, fours, générateurs électriques) via un canal d’évacuation des gaz de combustion vers l’extérieur.
• Réduire le bruit du ventilateur des gaz de combustion.
• Réduire le bruit des facteurs météorologiques (pluie, grêle, vent).
Application
• L’ATSI est une section qui amortit le bruit avec une longueur d’action de 1000 ou 500 mm. La réduction de bruit générée par la paroi intérieure perforée est
la plus importante dans les zones des tons moyens et aigus. L’ATSI peut être appliqué dans l’industrie comme dans le secteur privé.
• L’ATKSI est un capuchon antirefouleur qui amortit le bruit. L’ATKSI remplace un ATK standard dans le but de réduire le bruit de la pluie, de la grêle et du vent.
L’ATKSI réduit également le bruit entrant reflété par la surface du toit.

Conseils de montage
La réduction du bruit de l’extérieur vers l’intérieur est la plus efficace si l’(les) amortisseur(s) est (sont) montés à proximité des appareils.
La réduction du bruit de l’intérieur vers l’extérieur est la plus efficace si l’(les) amortisseur(s) est (sont) montés à l’extrémité du conduit.
La combinaison de plusieurs types d’amortisseurs dans 1 conduit permet d’obtenir de meilleurs résultats en matière de réduction de bruit.
Plusieurs sections d’amortissement montées en série permettent une meilleure réduction du bruit dans la zone des tons graves.
Ceci permet également une réduction considérable du bruit dans les zones des tons moyens et aigus.
METALOTERM® AT Geluidsdempers
Doel
• Reduceren van geluid uit omgeving naar binnen (snelwegen, vliegtuigen, bedrijven).
• Reduceren van geluid van apparatuur (boilers, ovens, noodstroomgeneratoren) via een rookgasafvoerkanaal naar buiten.
• Reduceren van geluid van rookgasventilator.
• Reduceren van geluid van weersinvloeden (regen, hagel, wind).
Toepassing
• De ATSI is een geluidsdempende sectie met een werkende lengte 1000 of 500 mm. De geluidsreductie veroorzaakt door de geperforeerde binnenwand is
het grootst in het midden- en hogetonengebied. De ATSI is toepasbaar in zowel de industriële als particuliere sector.
• De ATKSI is een geluidsdempende trekregulerende kap. De ATKSI vervangt een standaard ATK met het doel om geluid van regen, hagel en wind te
reduceren. Tevens reduceert de ATKSI binnenkomend geluid dat via het dakvlak gereflecteerd wordt.
Voordelen
• Aanzienlijke geluidsreductie voor diverse toepassingen.
• De ATSI geluidsabsorptiedempers zijn eenvoudig toe te passen in uw (bestaande) METALOTERM® AT-rookgasafvoerkanaal.

Advies voor montage
Geluid van buiten naar binnen kan het beste gereduceerd worden als de demper(s) dicht bij het apparatuur gemonteerd is.
Geluid van binnen naar buiten kan het beste gereduceerd worden als de demper(s) aan het einde (hoogste gedeelte) van het kanaal gemonteerd is.
Betere resultaten van geluidsreductie kunnen worden behaald als verschillende typen dempers in 1 kanaal worden gecombineerd.
Meerdere dempende secties die achter elkaar gemonteerd zijn zorgen voor een betere reductie van geluid in het lage tonengebied.
Tevens is hier een aanzienlijke reductie van geluid in midden- en hogetonengebied.

Ontop has designed, manufactured and distributed stainless steel chimney and flue systems for all kinds of applications for over 40 years all over Europe.
With our brand Metaloterm® we bring you a very extensive range of single walled, twin walled and concentric systems for use as flue liner for multi fuel
applications, semi and fully condensing appliances, gas and oil flue systems. We also have solutions for industrial, commercial use on all fuel applications. A few
examples of the construction examples mentioned above are industrial ovens, bakeries, gas- and Dieselengines, wood and gas fired stoves, condensing boilers.

Bij Ontop b.v. Middelburg ontwerpen, produceren en distribueren wij al meer dan 40 jaar schoorstenen, rookgasafvoeren, beluchtingsystemen en industriële
