Horaire d’ouverture - Opening hours
Le Spa Mosaïc est ouvert du Lundi au Samedi de 10h00 à 21h00 et le Dimanche
de 10h00 à 20h00. L’accès aux installations est gratuite pour les clients de l’hôtel:
- la salle fitness tous les jours en accès libre.
- Le sauna, hammam et jacuzzy sur rendez-vous, et ce pour des raisons de confort.
Les enfants de moins de 16 ans, même accompagnés de leurs parents, ne sont pas admis.
Pour la clientèle extérieure, l’accès à cette zone sera facturé 40 €. En dehors des heures
d’ouverture, les soins seront dispensés en chambre et majorés de 100%. En journée,
les soins pourront être dispensés en chambre avec une majoration de 20%. Nos
hôtesses sont à votre disposition pour vous conseiller sur les différents soins de la carte.
The Spa Mosaïc is open from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm and on
Sunday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. Access to the spa facilities is free for the hotel guests.
- The hotel guests have access to the fitness facilities every day 24/7.
- Please take an appointment to access to the spa facilities.
Access to hammam, sauna and jacuzzy is prohibited to children under 16 years even with their parents.
For non-resident guests, spa access fee of 40 €. Before 10:00 am and after 9 :00 pm, treatments
are provided in your room with a 100 % majored price. During the day, we can provide in-room
treatments with a 20% majored price. Our hostesses are at your disposal to help you choose the
treatments that best answer to your needs.

Afin de bénéficier des horaires souhaités, nous vous recommandons de prendre rendezvous et de contacter directement la réception du Spa Mosaïc au +33 (0)1 58 36 68 09.
Tout soin non annulé moins de 2h avant le début de votre soin, sera facturé 50% de son tarif.
En cas de retard, votre soin sera malheureusement écourté, et ce, afin de ne pas gêner les rendezvous suivants.
Par ailleurs, veuillez informer le spa de tout état, allergie, blessure, ou contre indication à la
réalisation de votre rendez-vous, de même si vous êtes enceinte afin de vous conseiller un soin adapté.

Any modification to your booking should be notified 2 hours in advance. Please note
that any cancellation must be notified at least 2 hours prior to your appointment.
Any cancellation made after this time will be charged 50 %.
Delays will result in a shortened treatment time. To avoid any disappointment, please inform us
about any medical conditions, allergies or any contraindications, before booking your treatment.
Please let us know if you are pregnant in order to recommend you the most suitable treatment.
