Mode opératoire :
Formulation à froid sous agitation (Défloculeuse)
• Préparation de la phase I : Peser l’ensemble des ingrédients. Placer le mélange
sous agitation jusqu’à l’obtention d’un gel homogène.
• Préparation de la phase II : Peser les matières premières et
homogénéiser.
• Réalisation du gel D-phase : Ajouter très lentement la phase II à la phase I sous
vive agitation (400 rpm). Augmenter la vitesse d’agitation avec l’augmentation de la
viscosité (jusqu’à 1400 rpm).
• Phase III, ajustement de la transparence : Ajouter la quantité d’eau indiquée afin
d’obtenir la transparence. Ajuster si nécessaire avec quelques gouttes d’eau si le gel
final manque de transparence.

Pour la réalisation de ce gel, il est impératif que la pale du mélangeur soit
correctement immergée au sein du Sucragel afin que le gel D-phase s’initie
convenablement.
De plus, l’ajout de Glycérine en complément du Sucragel permet l’obtention
d’un gel plus fluide.
La transparence du gel D-phase est fonction de la balance Glycérine/Huile/
Eau à partir d’une quantité définie de Sucragel. Cette transparence est
également dépendante de la polarité des huiles utilisées.
Ce démaquillant naturel à la texture légère et fondante se présente sous
forme d’un gel huileux qui élimine en douceur toutes traces de maquillage
et d’impuretés. Grâce au Sucragel, il s’émulsionne au contact de l’eau,
laissant une peau douce, non grasse et veloutée.
Ses particules exfoliantes de Pomegranate BioExfoliator (grenade) ainsi que
ses billes biodégradables « green » d’Ecoscrub 50PC (acide polylactique)
affinent le grain de peau et laissent une peau parfaitement nette et purifiée.
Grâce à l’association du LycoMéga et de l’huile Bio de Pomegranate,
on allie la force anti-oxydante à l’action anti-âge et nourrissante de la
pomegranate tout en prévenant la sècheresse de l’épiderme.

Procedure:
Cold formulation under agitation (Deflocculator)
• Preparation of phase I: Weigh all the ingredients. Place the mixture under stirring
until an homogeneous gel is obtained.
• Preparation of phase II: Weigh the raw materials and homogenize.
• Realization of the D-phase gel: Very slowly add phase II to phase I under high
stirring (400 rpm). Increase the speed of agitation along with the viscosity increase
(up to 1400 rpm).
• Phase III, transparency adjustment: Add the indicated amount of water to achieve
transparency. Adjust if necessary with a few drops of water if the final gel is not
transparent enough.

To achieve this gel, it is very important to properly immerse the
blade of the mixer in the Sucragel so that the D-gel phase is
initiated properly.
Furthermore, the addition of glycerin to the Sucragel helps obtain
a more fluid gel.
The transparency of the D-phase gel depends of the Glycerin /
Oil / Water balance from a defined amount of Sucragel. This
transparency also depends of the polarity of the oils used.
This natural cleanser with a light and melting texture comes in
the form of an oily gel that gently removes all traces of make-up
and impurities. With Sucragel, it emulsifies in contact with water,
leaving the skin soft, non-greasy and velvety.
Its exfoliating particles of Pomegranate BioExfoliator (grenada)
and its biodegradable beads “green” from Ecoscrub 50PC
(polylactic acid) refine the skin texture, leaving it perfectly
clean and purified. With the association of LycoMéga and Bio
Pomegranate oil, are combined the pomegranate’s antioxidant
power with its anti-aging and nourishing action while preventing at
the same time skin dryness.
