WINENVIRONMENT
The WINENVIRONMENT project is intended to promote innovative
green technologies to help protect the environment in the vine and
wine sector.
Project holder
It is designed in particular to meet two major industry challenges: high
water consumption and heavy use of phytosanitary products.

The project consortium has 12 partner members from 6 European
countries : France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Spain and Portugal.

ore waste treatment and recycling of 10%
> L ess water consumption of 30% in wineries for savings of 267M hectolitres
