he “Interdisciplinary Center of Research Law, Business and Society Jean Renauld” (CRIDES) of the Catholic University of Louvain organizes, in collaboration
with the University of Liège and under the auspices of the European Law Institute, a one day conference dedicated to the recent developments of international

Contrats internationaux et arbitrage : développements récents
International contracts and arbitration: recent developments
e « Centre de recherches interdisciplinaires Droit, entreprise et société Jean Renauld » de l’U.C.L organise à Louvain-la-Neuve en collaboration avec l’Université de
Liège, un colloque d’une journée consacrée aux contrats internationaux et à l’arbitrage en date du 25 avril 2014, sous les auspices de l’European Law Institute. Ce
colloque traitera de certains développements récents du droit des contrats internationaux en rapport avec l’arbitrage. Les exposés et les débats porteront notamment
sur le projet de droit commun européen de la vente, les Principes d’Unidroit, l’harmonisation du droit des contrats en Afrique, la concurrence entre la civil law et la
common law, la dimension éthique et la pratique de l’arbitrage.
