AOP Faugères Domaine Marie: Domaine Marie’s 15 hectares of vines are set in the picturesque foothills of the Cevennes mountains. 35 % Carignan, 35 % Grenache Noir, 25 % Syrah, 5 % Mourvèdre, and 100 % traditional maceration. Chalk and clay soils. Deep garnet-­‐red color with red tints. Raspberries, ripe blackberries, packed with spicy characters. Full body with rounded tannins, freshness and unctuosity.
