Passion and tradition as seen by Luc Leydier... In the heart of the Dauphiné where gastronomy and life’s little pleasures go hand in hand, the fare at the inn is seasoned with delight. It is a harmonious blend of the wealth of the terroir and the seasons. Luc Leydier, Master Restaurateur, combines the right touch of authenticity and creativity in palate-pleasing treats from here and beyond. His attractively presented dishes highlight the best of the region’s produce. The chef has “officiated” in some the most renowned dining establishments, both in Lyon at the restaurant La Mère Guy and at the Brasserie du Nord in the Ardèche (Relais & Châteaux). Here in his own restaurant, guided by his experience and passion, he composes masterwork dishes... savoury, sweet, a touch of exotic and Dauphinois accents (“graded” veal and beef, honey, mead...).
