Refunds If you cannot attend the exam for medical reasons you are entitled to a 50 % refund provided we receive your request along with a medical statement and a RIB within 5 days of the exam session. You may wish to reschedule your exam for medical reasons; this implies an extra charge amounting to 50% of the registration fee applies. Special arrangements Exam conditions can be adapted to people with disabilities. Please contact the Examinations service of the British Council at least one month prior to the exam session and provide a medical certificate. Confirmation of Entry Your notification letter will be sent by email. If you do not have an email address the notification letter is sent by post mail. Sitting the Exam For all papers, you must be punctual. You must bring proof of identity (passport or French ID card) and your Confirmation of Entry. Results Results are instant for the Reading & Listening tests. We will hand you an official Test Report Form at the end of your test. For the Speaking & Writing tests, results are available 10 days after the test date.
