Notice de montage allumage HOBBY CENTER 2017 +
bobine haute tension

Dévissez les vis de fixation de la bobine d'allumage.

Dévissez l'écrou du volant magnétique d'origine en bloquant le volant. Utilisez
un bloque piston ou une sangle (Notez qu'il ne faut jamais bloquer le vilebrequin par le
côté embrayage car il y a un risque de déformation de l'ensemble).

Utilisez un extracteur pour sortir le volant magnétique (en absence d'extracteur,
utilisez deux grandes vis M6 passant par les deux trous filetés du volant qui viendront
prendre appuis sur le carter).

Fixez la patte du déport de la bobine.

Montez le volant d'allumage HOBBY CENTER en revissant l'écrou central.

Remontez la bobine en laissant un jeu de 0.3 à 0.5mm entre le volant et la
bobine (voir photo). Si nécessaire ajustez les trous dans la bobine

wheel + ignition coil

Unscrew the ignition coil's screws.

Unscrew the flying wheel's bolt by blocking the flying wheel. Make sure to use
a piston lock or a strap (never lock the crankshaft from the clutch side, it can cause
damages and deformations).

Use an extractor to remove the flying wheel (if you don't own an extractor, use
two long M6 screws through both flying wheel's holes).

Set the coil bracket.

Set the new HOBBY CENTER flying wheel by screwing the central bolt.

Set the ignition coil by keeping a 0.3mm to 0.5mm gap between the flying
wheel and the ignition coil (see picture).
