We are pleased to announce that each member in our Association now has an additional $4,000.00
group Accidental Death and Dismemberment Benefit! This benefit was obtained through American
Income Life Insurance Company (AIL).
AIL is also providing a Family Eye-care discount program which covers you and your family and
reduces the cost of eyewear.
We hope you are pleased that your Association has been able to obtain this protection at NO
COST TO YOU!
WE ASK EVERY MEMBER TO FILL OUT AND RETURN THE ENCLOSED POSTAGE-PAID
CARD WITHIN 10 DAYS, IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR NEW CERTIFICATE
OF COVERAGE AND TO NAME THE PROPER BENEFICIARY.

If you do not designate your beneficiary, your $4,000.00 would be paid to your estate, which may
be taxable. However, if you wish to take advantage of the Family Eye-care discount program, the
reply card must be sent in.

members, it was labeled and mailed by the Association at no cost to the Association.

Dear Member,
The insurance programs being offered to you today are being made available to the
membership on a voluntary basis through the cooperation of the New Brunswick All Terrain
Vehicle Federation and American Income Life Insurance Company, a company that has a long
history of serving Associations and their families.
AIL’s supplemental benefits are not in competition with any group benefits through your
workplace/employer and can complement any insurance policies you may already have. If you
choose to take advantage of any insurance programs offered through AIL and you discontinue
your membership, your benefit program is permanent and portable throughout your lifetime.
AIL can also provide you with protection and peace of mind during a qualified work lay-off
because they proudly waive premiums for members during such times of hardship.
Your Executive Board would also like your feedback, so please take a minute to complete the
Officer Report form. Thank you for taking the time to meet with the AIL representative and
remember, you are under no obligation whatsoever.

Les plans d’assurance qui vous sont offerts aujourd’hui sont disponibles grâce à la collaboration
de la Fédération des Véhicules Tout-Terrain du Nouveau-Brunswick et AIL, l’Américaine
– compagnie d’assurance vie et revenu, une compagnie au service des membres des
organisations et de leurs familles.
Ces garanties d’assurance additionnelles n’entrent pas en compétition avec les avantages
offerts par les employeurs et peuvent être un complément à toute police d’assurance que
vous pourriez déjà détenir. Lorsque vous décidez de profiter des plans d’assurance offerts
par AIL, vous pourrez les conserver même si vous décidez de quitter l’association.
Pour votre protection et votre tranquilité d’esprit lors de périodes difficiles, tous les plans
d’assurance de AIL ont le bon côté d’inclure des clauses d’exemptions de primes en cas de
mise à pied.
