elab Vincent Maret Candidature au Conseil d’Administration de CAP DIGITAL : Note d’intérêt TF1 et Bouygues Telecom sont d’ores et déjà fortement impliqués par les problématiques abordées au sein de CAP DIGITAL, le numérique étant placé au cœur de leurs métiers. Plus récemment, Colas a été partenaire d’un Challenge Big Data. En effet, l’un des enjeux majeurs auquel notre groupe est confronté réside, en notre capacité à mobiliser dans notre environnement physique (bâtiments, infrastructures, réseaux, personnes, …) tout le potentiel des outils du numérique aujourd’hui à notre disposition (moteurs de recherche d’information, communication à très haut débit fixe comme en situation de mobilité, partage et gestion centralisée massive des données,…), mais qui restent encore à ce stade largement déconnectés du monde réel (communication, échange de messages, de vidéos, information). Par-delà les compétences internes au groupe, il nous paraît indispensable, pour aboutir aux meilleures solutions pour nos clients, de confronter et d’enrichir en permanence notre approche par des interactions avec le monde extérieur (académique, centre de recherches, startups et PMEs innovantes, grand groupes industriels). Notre participation à CAP DIGITAL s’inscrit pleinement dans cette démarche. Nous pensons que notre participation au conseil d’administration nous permettra de renforcer cette approche tout en contribuant utilement aux orientations du pôle à travers la présence d’un acteur actifs dans les métiers traditionnels comme dans ceux du numérique. Within Bouygues SA, the holding company of the Bouygues Group, Vince focuses on open innovation and business development across the whole group, with an emphasis in the field of Digital transformation, Energy, Smartgrids & Ecocities. Bouygues is a diversified industrial group with a strong corporate culture, organized around 3 sectors. Construction, with Bouygues Construction (building, civil works and electrical contracting), Bouygues Immobilier (property development) and Colas (roads); Telecoms with Bouygues Telecom and Media with TF1. Bouygues is operating in almost 100 countries, it has a workforce of 120,000. Sales: €32.4 billion in 2015. Listed on CAC40. Vince has an extensive experience in marketing, strategy, innovation, project management, telecom and Information Technologies; as Marketing Manager; deputy R&D director with Bouygues Telecom and previously as a Project Executive with IBM Global Services. Vince is very familiar with international environments. He set-up and led the US Office of Bouygues Telecom for 4 years. Vincent sits on the board of directors of Bouygues Asia, an outpost of the Group based in Tokyo for the purpose of technology scouting and business development; He is also a board member of Cap Digital, the French cluster for digital transformation. He is a member of the steering committee of the Open Innovation Club (Paris & Co). He used to sit on the Board of Directors of the French American Chamber of Commerce of SanFrancisco and was Chairman of its High Tech Committee until June 2005. He also sat –as Secretary General- on the Board of Directors of Wireless Link, the French Association managing WIFI Vince is a graduate of ESPCI ParisTech, Paris, France - Master’s Degree in Physics, Master’s Degree in Chemistry - and from Université Pierre et Marie Curie, Paris – Master’s Degree in Electronics.- Page 2 sur 2
