Take Heart, He’s Calling You
Mark 10:46-52

• For you say, I am rich, I have prospered, and I need
nothing, not realizing that you are wretched, pitiable,
poor, blind, and naked (Rev. 3:17).
 The natural person does not accept the things of the
Spirit of God, for they are folly to him, and he is not able
to understand them because they are spiritually
discerned (1 Cor. 2:14).

discerned (1 Cor. 2:14).
 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear
my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and
will sup with him, and he with me (Rev. 3:20).

 Understand this, my dear brothers and sisters: You must
all be quick to listen… (James 1:19).
 So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the
word of Christ (Rom. 10:17).

 Now when they heard this they were cut to the heart,
and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles,
“Brothers, what shall we do?” And Peter said to
them, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the
name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins,
and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:3738).

ses disciples et une grande foule, Bartimée l'aveugle, le fils de
Timée, était assis sur le bord du chemin et mendiait.

And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he
began to cry out and say, “Jesus, Son of David, have
mercy on me!”

And many rebuked him, telling him to be silent. But
he cried out all the more, “Son of David, have mercy on
me!”
mim.

 So everyone who acknowledges me before men, I also
will acknowledge before my Father who is in heaven
(matt. 10:32)
 If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord
and believe in your heart that God raised him from the
dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes
and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is
saved (Rom. 10:9-10).
