correspondence that is part of the universal service
In accordance with Article 148 sexies, §3, of the Act of 21 March 1991 on the reform of certain public
economic companies, you will find in the list below the name of each postal operator holding an
individual licence to provide a service of items of correspondence that is part of the universal
service.
Under that article the list is updated at least once a year and is published in the Belgian Official
Journal (Moniteur Belge/Belgisch Staatsblad).
