Les clients organisateurs et exposants peuvent faire appel au traiteur ou
fournisseur de prestations restauration sur stand de leur choix (moyennant une
redevance de 10 %), à condition qu’il n’y ait aucun échange mercantile sur le site
sous quelque forme que ce soit.
Afin de pouvoir effectuer la prestation commandée, le traiteur retenu doit
obligatoirement contacter le Service Concessions de Viparis qui leur fournira toute
information relative à l’intervention d’un traiteur et délivrera les autorisations
nécessaires.

Organisers or exhibitors have the choice of outsourcing caterering or food on stand
to any caterer (a 10% fee will be charged), on the condition that these services are
paid for in advance and do not give rise to resell on-site.
The caterer shortlisted to provide the services ordered must contact VIPARIS
Concessions for information about the caterer’s work and accreditation
documents.
