UTILISATION ABUSIVE DU LOGO GMP PAR LA SOCIETE HIPPOFAN DE OOIGEM
Destiné à toutes les entreprises et organismes de certification
Nous attirons l’attention des détenteurs de chevaux, des entreprises et des organismes de certification sur
le fait que l’entreprise HIPPOFAN située à Ooigem en Belgique utilise de manière injustifiée le
logo GMP sur ses documents, suggérant ainsi qu’elle est certifiée GMP alors qu’elle ne dispose pas
d’un certificat GMP !
Cette entreprise n’est pas contrôlée par un organisme de certification indépendant reconnu par OVOCOM.
Cette entreprise n’est également pas mentionnée dans la banque de données OVOCOM des participants
au système GMP (cliquez sur le lien pour accéder à la banque de données en ligne).
Les aliments pour animaux proposés par cette entreprise ne sont donc pas certifiés GMP.
Pour rappel, le point 4.2 du Règlement de certification CC-01 demande que chaque participant au
système GMP notifie à son organisme de certification et à OVOCOM toute utilisation non conforme du logo
(interne ou par des tiers).
Usage autorisé moyennant mention de la source (OVOCOM ASBL).

MISBRUIK VAN HET GMP LOGO DOOR HET BEDRIJF HIPPOFAN TE OOIGEM
Bestemd voor alle ondernemingen en certificatie-instellingen
Wij willen de aandacht trekken van paardenhouders, bedrijven en certificatie-instellingen op het feit dat
het bedrijf HIPPOFAN gelegen te Ooigem in België, het GMP Logo ten onrechte gebruikt op
hun documenten, dus suggererend dat het GMP gecertificeerd is terwijl het niet over een GMP
certificaat beschikt!
Dit bedrijf is niet gecontroleerd door een onafhankelijke certificatie-instelling goedgekeurd door OVOCOM.
Dit bedrijf is ook niet vermeld in de OVOCOM database van deelnemers aan het GMP systeem (klik op de
link voor toegang tot de online database).
Diervoeders aangeboden door dit bedrijf zijn dus niet GMP gecertificeerd.
Ter herinnering, punt 4.2 van de certificatieregeling CC-01 vraagt aan elke deelnemer van het GMP
systeem om elk niet conform gebruik van het logo aan zijn certificatie-instelling en aan OVOCOM te
melden (intern of door derden)
Gebruik toegelaten mits vermelding van de bron (OVOCOM VZW).

MISUSE OF THE GMP LOGO BY THE COMPANY HIPPOFAN AT OOIGEM
Intended for all Companies and certification bodies
We want to draw the attention of horse holders, companies and certification bodies to the fact that the
Company HIPPOFAN located at Ooigem in Belgium uses the GMP logo in an unjustified
manner on their documents, suggesting they are GMP certified, while they don’t hold a GMP
certification!
This company is not controlled by an independent certification body approved by OVCOM.
This company is also not mentioned in the OVOCOM database of participants in the GMP System (click on
the link to access the online database).
Feed offered by this company are therefore not GMP certified.
Reminder, point 4.2 Rules of Certification CC-01 requests that all participants of the GMP System notify
the certification body and OVOCOM of any non compliant use of the logo (internally of third party).
Use allowed only with reference to the source (OVOCOM VZW).
