Das vorliegende Heizsystem besteht aus einem Parallelheizband TRICER-S, TRICER-S-ÖL, ICEFREE-S aus Tabelle 2,
konfektioniert mit einer Garnitur An- und Abschluss- oder Verbindungssystem TWISTO aus Tabelle 1. Es wird als ortsfeste
Widerstands-Heizeinrichtung für Rohrleitungen oder Behälter
errichtet. Die Befestigung des Heizbandes, sowie der Garnitur
TWISTO und der fabrikfertig angeschlossenen Schlauchleitung
muss gemäß dem Punkt „Montageschritte“ erfolgen. (siehe
auch Bild „Beispiel: Montage von TWISTO auf einem Rohr“)

Bei widerstandsbehafteten Fehlern in Schutzklasse II-Heizbändern besteht das Risiko eines Brandes.
Bei Einsatz solcher Bänder ist darauf zu achten, dass sie nur
in Umgebungen mit geringem Brandrisiko eingesetzt werden,
oder dass entsprechende Schutzmaßnahmen ergriffen werden
(z. B. überwachter Betrieb).
Es sind nur Rohre, Behälter, Dämmstoffe und (Rohr-)Verkleidung der Baustoffklasse A1 oder A2: „nicht brennbar“ nach
EN 13501-1 (DIN EN 13501-1, vormals DIN 4102-1) und Baustoffklasse B oder C: „schwer entflammbar“ nach EN 13501-1
(DIN EN 13501-1, vormals B1 nach DIN 4102-1) zulässig.

Hinweise für Montage, Betrieb und Wartung
 Die Installation von Garnitur und Heizband sorgfältig
ausführen.
 Heizband bestimmungsgemäß und innerhalb der von
BARTEC vorgegebenen Betriebsdaten verwenden.
 Deformierte Heizbanddichtung einer Garnitur ersetzen.
 Die jeweils gültigen nationalen Errichtungsbestimmungen
beachten.
 Fremde leitfähige Teile zum Schutz bei indirektem Berühren
in die (Schutzleiter-) Schutzmaßnahme einbeziehen.
 Die Werkstücktemperatur darf die Werte von
+65 °C – bei eingeschaltetem Heizband – und von
+85 °C – bei ausgeschaltetem Heizband
(bei TRICER-S-10/26, TRICER-S-ÖL-10/26 und ICEFREE-S),
bzw. von
+80 °C – bei eingeschaltetem Heizband – und von
+85 °C – bei ausgeschaltetem Heizband (bei TRICER-S-H),
für die Dauer von kumulativ 1000 h – nicht überschreiten.
 Heizband von Spule gerade abrollen und auf Länge
schneiden (max. Heizkreislängen in Installationsanleitung,
Tabelle 2, beachten).
 Die beiden Enden des Heizbandes mit An- und Abschluss
gemäß Installationsanleitung versehen.
 Die beiden Versorgungsleiter des Heizbandes nicht
miteinander verbinden - Kurzschluss!
 Die Verlegung des Heizbandes auf dem Rohr
(bzw. Behälter) ist nach den Projektierungsangaben
vorzunehmen.
 Biegeradius von 25 mm nicht unterschreiten;
Biegung nicht hochkant.
 Die Befestigung des Heizbandes und des TWISTO am Rohr
erfolgt mit temperaturbeständigem Klebeband oder
Kabelbinder im Abstand von max. 200 mm.
 Nur weichmacherfreie Klebebänder oder Kabelbinder
(keine PVC-Bänder) verwenden!
 Um einen guten Wärmeübergang zu gewährleisten,
muss das Heizband über ihre gesamte Länge flächig
anliegen. Gegebenenfalls sind die Befestigungsabstände
zu verringern.
 Bei Kunststoffrohren, die gegenüber Metallrohren eine
schlechtere Wärmeleitfähigkeit aufweisen, sollte unter
bzw. über dem Heizband Aluminiumfolie oder Aluminium Klebeband angebracht werden.
 Die Höhe der Versorgungsspannung beachten!
 Der Einsatz eines Fehlerstromschutzschalters
(Nennwert 30 mA) wird empfohlen.
 Jeder Heizkreis muss mit Angabe von Hersteller, Typ,
Leistung und Spannung dauerhaft gekennzeichnet sein.
 Bei einer Dachrinnenheizung muss der TWISTO außerhalb
der Rinne geschützt verlegt werden.
Vorbehalt Technische Änderungen behalten wir uns vor. Änderungen, Irrtümer
und Druckfehler begründen keinen Anspruch auf Schadensersatz.

This heating system consists of a TRICER-S, TRICER-S-ÖL,
ICEFREE-S parallel heating tape from Table 2, assembled with
a TWISTO connection and remote-end termination or splicing
system set from Table 1. It is set up as a stationary resistance
heating system for pipelines or tanks. The heating tape, and
the TWISTO set and the factory-connected flexible sheathed
lead must be fastened in conformance with the “Assembly
Steps” point (see also the picture of “Example: Installation of
a TWISTO on a pipe”)

There is a risk of fire if there are resistive faults in Protection
class II.
When such tapes are used, care must be taken that they are
used only in environments with a low risk of fire or that the
appropriate protection measures are taken (e. g. monitored
operation).
Only pipes, tanks, insulating materials and (pipe) cladding
in building material class A1 or A2: “non combustible” in
conformance with EN 13501-1 (DIN EN 13501-1, formerly
DIN 4102-1) and building material class B or C: “flame retardant” in conformance with EN 13501-1 (DIN EN 13501-1,
formerly B1 in conformance with DIN 4102-1) are permissible.

Instructions for installation,
operation and maintenance
 Install the set and heating tape carefully.
 Use the heating tapes in accordance with the intended
purpose and adhere to the operational data specified by
BARTEC.
 Replace the heating tape sealing in a set if it is deformed.
 Unroll the heating tape from a reel in a straight line and cut
to the correct length (observe the max. heating circuit
lengths in the installation instructions, table 2).
 The two ends of the heating tape must be provided with
connection and remote-end terminations as explained in
the installation instructions.
 Do not connect the heating tape´s two supply conductors
together - short circuit!
 The project engineering specifications must be adhered to
when installing the heating tape on the pipe (or tank).
 The bending radius must be at least 25 mm; do not bend in
an up right position.
 The heating tape and the TWISTO are attached to the pipe
by means of a temperature-resistant adhesive tape or cable
ties at a max. spacing of 200 mm.
 Use only plasticiser-free adhesive tapes or cable ties
(no PVC tapes)!
 Observe the respective applicable national assembly
regulations.
 To ensure efficient heat transmission, the heating tape must
be in contact over the entire length of the surface. It may be
necessary to reduce the distances between fastenings.
 Conductive parts from other suppliers must be
incorporated into the (protective conductor) safety
measures to provide protection against indirect contact.
 On plastic pipes which conduct heat less efficiently than
metal pipes do, aluminium foil or aluminium adhesive tape
should be put under or over the heating tape.
 The workpiece temperature must not exceed the levels of
+65 °C when the heating tape is switched on and
+85 °C when the heating tape is switched off
(for TRICER-S-10/26, TRICER-S-ÖL -10/26 and
ICEFREE-S) or
+80 °C when the heating tape is switched on and
+85 °C when the heating tape is switched off
(for TRICER-S-H) for the duration of a cumulative 1000 h.
 Observe the level of the supply voltage!
 It is recommendable to use a residual current circuit
breaker (rating 30 mA).
 Each heating circuit must be marked durably with
information on manufacturer, type, power and voltage.
 When used for roof gutter heating, the TWISTO must be
provided with protection when installed outside the gutter.

Description de produit
Le présent système de chauffage se compose d’un câble de
chauffage parallèle TRICER-S, TRICER-S-ÖL, ICEFREE-S du
tableau 2, fabriqué avec un élément de raccordement et d’extrémité ou avec le système de connexion TWISTO du tableau 1. Il
est conçu comme système de traçage stationnaire à résistance
pour tuyauteries ou réservoirs. La fixation du câble chauffant
ainsi que de l’élément d’assemblage TWISTO et du câble
souple préconfectionné doit être réalisée conformément au
point «Etapes de montage». (Voir aussi le schéma «Exemple:
Montage de TWISTO sur une tuyauterie»).

En cas de défaut inhérent à la résistance des câbles chauffants
de classe de protection II, un risque d’incendie existe.
Par conséquent, il conviendra de restreindre l’utilisation de tels
câbles chauffants à des environnements à faible risque d’incendie ou de prendre des mesures de protection adéquates (par ex.
fonctionnement sous surveillance).
Seuls sont autorisés: les tuyaux, réservoirs, isolants et revêtements (de tuyaux) de la classe des matériaux de construction
A1 ou A2: «peu ou pas combustible» conformément à la norme
EN 13501-1 (DIN EN 13501-1, auparavant DIN 4102-1) et de
la classe des matériaux de construction B ou C: «difficilement
inflammable» conformément à la norme EN 13501-1 (DIN EN
13501-1, auparavant B1 conformément à DIN 4102-1).

Consignes de montage, fonctionnement et entretien
 Procéder soigneusement à l’installation de l’élément
d’assemblage et du câble chauffant.
 Utiliser les câbles chauffants conformément à leur
utilisation et selon les caractéristiques de fonctionnement
indiquées par BARTEC.
 Si un câble chauffant d’un élément d’assemblage présente
des joints d’étanchéité déformés, veuillez les remplacer.
 Respecter les dispositions nationales en vigueur pour le
montage.
 Les consignes d’installation pour la prévention du
personnel contre les contacts indirects doivent être
respectées.
 La température de l’objet sur lequel la résistance de traçage
sera appliquée ne doit pas excéder
+65 °C – câble chauffant en service – et
+85 °C – câble chauffant hors tension
(avec TRICER-S-10/26,TRICER-S-ÖL-10/26 et
ICEFREE-S), ou
+80 °C – câble chauffant en service – et
+85 °C – hors tension (pour TRICER-S-H), pour une durée
de 1000 h cumulées.
 Dérouler le câble chauffant dans le prolongement de la
bobine et couper à la longueur souhaitée (respecter les
longueurs de circuit chauffant max. figurant dans les
consignes de montage, tableau 2).
 Les deux extrémités du câble chauffant doivent être
équipées d’un kit de raccordement conformément aux
consignes d’installation.
 Ne pas mettre en contact les deux fils d’alimentation du
câble chauffant - court-circuit!
 Il convient de procéder à la pose du câble chauffant sur la
tuyauterie (ou le réservoir) selon les plans correspondants.
 Respecter un rayon de courbure minimal de 25 mm;
ne pas courber le câble chauffant sur le champ.
 Le câble chauffant et le TWISTO sont à fixer à la tuyauterie
au moyen de ruban adhésif thermorésistantou de colliers
de serrage posés au maximum tous les 200 mm.
 Utiliser uniquement des rubans adhésifs ou des colliers de
serrage non plastifiés (pas de rubans PVC)!
 Afin de garantir un transfert thermique optimal, veillez à
un bon contact sur toute la longueur des surfaces.
Réduire les distances de fixation, si nécessaire.
 Pour les tuyaux en plastique qui présentent une
conductivité thermique inférieure à celle des tuyaux
métalliques, poser une feuille d’aluminium ou du ruban
adhésif en aluminium en dessous ou au dessus du câble
chauffant.
 Respecter la tension d’alimentation prescrite!
 L’utilisation d’un disjoncteur différentiel
(valeur nominale 30 mA) est recommandée.
 Chaque circuit chauffant doit porter un marquage perma nent avec mention des fabricant, type, puissance et tension.
 Pour les câbles chauffants de gouttières, le TWISTO doit
être placé à l’extérieur de la gouttière et être protégé.

défauts et erreurs d’impression ne pourront en aucun cas faire l’objet de revendications
de dommages et intérêts.

Ecartez les douilles coupantes de serrage et maintenez-les
dans cette position.
Enfilez le câble chauffant dans la douille coupante de serrage 4 écartée et poussez jusqu’à ce que le câble chauffant
affleure l’extrémité de la douille.

butée (si nécessaire avec une clé plate SW 30).

Connecteur d’extrémité de câble chauffant
Sectionnez le câble chauffant à l’horizontale et introduisezle jusqu’à la butée dans le connecteur d’extrémité 6.
Introduisez la douille coupante de serrage 4 dans le boîtier
correspondant 1, 2 ou 5 (en fonction de l’élément d’assemblage utilisé).

Данная система нагревания состоит из параллельных нагревательных кабелей TRICER-S, TRICER-S-ÖL, ICEFREE-S из
таблицы 2, в предварительно собранном виде с гарнитурой
соединений и запорных наконечников или системой подключения TWISTO из таблицы 1. Она сконструирована в виде стационарного устройства резистивного нагрева для трубопроводов или контейнеров. Крепление нагревательного кабеля,
а также гарнитуры TWISTO и предварительно подключенного
шланга должны осуществляться в соответствии с «Процедурой установки». (См. также рисунок «Пример: Установка
TWISTO на трубу»)
Класс защиты II
В резистивных неисправностях нагревательных кабелей класса защиты II имеется риск возникновения пожара.
При применении таких кабелей следует следить использовать их только в областях с низким риском возгорания или
предпринимать соответствующие защитные меры (такие как
работа под наблюдением).
Допускаются только трубы, резервуары, изоляция и обшивка
(труб) из материала класса А1 или А2: «негорючего» в соответствии с EN 13501-1 (EN 13501-1, ранее DIN 4102-1) и материала
класса B или C, «огнезащитного» в соответствии с EN13501-1
(EN 13501-1, ранее B1 в соответствии с DIN 4102-1).

 Оба конца нагревательного кабеля снабите соединением и
запорным наконечником в соответствии с инструкциями
по установке.
 Не соединяйте между собой два кабеля питания системы
нагревания - опасность короткого замыкания!
 Прокладка нагревательного кабеля на трубе
(или контейнере) должна быть выполнена в соответствии
с проектировочными данными.

эксплуатации и техническому обслуживанию
 Радиус изгиба не должен быть меньше 25 мм,
не сгибайте вертикально.
 Тщательно выполняйте установку гарнитуры и
нагревательного кабеля.
 Монтаж нагревательного кабеля и TWISTO на трубе
осуществляется с использованием термостойкой ленты
или пластиковыми стяжками на расстоянии макс. 200 мм.
 Используйте нагревательные кабели в согласно
предназначенной сфере применения и в течение периода
эксплуатации, указанного BARTEC.
 Заменяйте деформированные уплотнения
нагревательных кабелей гарнитуры.
 Соблюдайте действующие национальные предписания по
установке.
 При непрямом прикосновении к посторонним
проводящим частям применяйте защитные меры.
 Отмотайте кабель с катушки и отрежьте по длине
(соблюдайте макс. длины нагревательного контура,
указанные в руководстве по установке, Таблица 2).
 Температура заготовки не должна превышать значения
+65 °C - при включенном нагревательном кабеле - и
+85 °C - при выключенном нагревательном кабеле
(для TRICER-S-10/26, TRICER-S-ÖL-10/26 и ICEFREE-S), или
+80 °C - при включенном нагревательном кабеле - и
+85 °C - при выключенном (для TRICER-S-Н) на время
в общей сложности 1000 часов.
 Используйте только непластифицированную клейкую
ленту или кабельную стяжку (не ПВХ ленту)!
 Для обеспечения хорошей передачи тепла,
нагревательный кабель должен плотно прилегать по
всей длине. Если необходимо, точки крепления можно
расположить чаще.
 Для пластиковых труб, которые имеют меньшую
теплопроводность, чем металлические трубы, под или
над нагревательным кабелем необходимо проложить
алюминиевую фольгу или алюминиевую ленту.
 Соблюдайте уровень напряжения питания!
 Рекомендуется использование устройства защитного
отключения (номинальное значение 30 мА).
 Каждый нагревательный контур должен иметь
постоянную маркировку с указанием производителя,
типа, мощности и напряжения.
 При нагревании кровельного лотка крыши следует
прокладывать TWISTO вне желобао.

Нагревательный кабель должен быть подключен к сети питания (возможно, к временному электропитанию),
