B IOGRAPHY
Corine explores the nude from live model, she researches and experiments during
drawing session. ​
These shared moments, between voyeurism and intimity, Corine looks for them
through sessions of alive model. Sketches, are submitted to a rigorous sorting. " A
drawing has to surprise me ; it has to live, breathe ".
The result: drawings nervous, vibrating, hypersensitive, epidermic, drawn with a
feather or charcoal, raised by touches of watercolor, acrylic, or even embroidery pearls
(when she works with the haute couture embroiderer Elisabeth Roulleau).
Designer by training, Corine Pagny dedicates herself completely to her work of artist for
15 years. Nominated for the Azart’price in Mac Paris Prix 2012.Price of the Jury in
Etampes in 2010, she is a part of sure values of the gallery Carré d’artistes which
presents her works all over the world. Exposed in the Sultanate of Oman and in the
United Arab Emirates, she leads workshops of drawing in Dubai and participated in
workshops in Palestine.
