L’
Institut d’Economie Sociale et Familiale (IESF)
et l’Institut Régional de Formation aux fonctions
Educatives (IRFE), interviennent dans le champ de
la formation et de la professionnalisation des jeunes et
des salariés du secteur social et médico-social.
Ces structures développent également une dynamique
de « recherche-action » autour des compétences et des
besoins dans le champ de la santé et de l’autonomie.

ESOPPE
Cette expérimentation a permis d’étudier les impacts d’un équipement domotique, associé à un système de téléassistance, sur le
quotidien d’une centaine de personnes âgées. Elle a montré que
votre approche pluridisciplinaire de l’évaluation au plus près de
situations de vie des personnes en perte d’autonomie s’est révélée
être une voie prometteuse pour la connaissance de leurs usages,
et leur diffusion auprès d’un large public.

En dispensant des formations du niveau CAP au Master, l’IESF et
l’IRFE ont développé une large expertise des problématiques
relatives à l’autonomie des personnes âgées ou en situation de
handicap. Par la mise en œuvre, au sein des formations, de
travaux d’analyse et de réflexions intégrant les dimensions
relationnelles, organisationnelles, et économiques de la vie
quotidienne, l’IESF et l’IRFE participent à la construction de
dynamiques locales de développement social.

L’IESF et l’IRFE mettent à la disposition d’Autonom’lab leur expérience et leur réseau de partenaires. Les étudiants en formation
à l’IESF et à l’IRFE offrent un potentiel important pour participer
à des études, à des démarches d’analyse ou à des projets. Le
Pôle Ressource Etude Formation en Action Sanitaire et Sociale
(PREFASS) propose quant à lui, son expertise en matière
d’études et de recherche.
Pour l’IESF et l’IRFE, la dynamique développée par Autonom’lab
permet, grâce à la diversité des structures impliquées, la
construction de projets innovants particulièrement riches.

he Institut d’Economie Sociale et Familiale
(IESF - social and family economics institute) and
the Institut Régional de Formation aux fonctions
Educatives (IRFE - regional training institute for
educational functions), are involved in training and
professional development for students and employees
in the social and medico-social sectors. These
establishments also contribute to a "research-action"
momentum based on skills and requirements in the
fields of health and independence.

These 2 establishments have 105 staff members, train 1,500 students
per year, offer 25 state-recognised diplomas in the social and
medico-social fields (from level 5 to level 1), and have a network of
over 600 partners (establishments and services in the social and
medico-social sectors).

By providing training from vocational aptitude certificates up to the
Master's degree level, IESF and IRFE have developed broad
expertise on issues related to the independence of seniors and
disabled people. With training that incorporates analytic work and
reflection including consideration for human relations,
organisational and home economics issues, IESF and IRFE
contribute to the development of local trends in social welfare
development.
Projects in action…
ESOPPE
This experience allowed to study the impacts of home automation
equipment, combined with a hotline support system, on the daily
lives of a hundred senior citizens. It demonstrated that a multidisciplinary approach for the most accurate evaluation of the life
situations of dependent people is a very promising opportunity for
greater understanding about how they are used, and their distribution to a broad segment of the public.

to Autonom'lab. Students training at IESF and IRFE represent a
significant potential for participation in studies, analysis
procedures and projects. PREFASS, a resource centre for
health and social initiatives training, provides expertise
regarding studies and research.
For IESF and IRFE, the momentum established by Autonom'lab
combined with the diversity of organisations involved, has
made possible to build innovative projects with great promise.
