fold fabric so that wrong sides are touching.
Lay out your pattern and cut out the two layers.
Do the same with your lining.
Sew B and C to piece A according to cutouts with right sides facing.
Ending up with an outside for the Left and Right foot
and a lining for the Left and Right foot.
Take Left lining and Left outside and place right sides together.,
sew along both long sides and the short side of C.
Turn right side out and sew together the final seam by folding the edges under.
Place on shoe and decide on placement of elastic and closures.
Notions: buttons, frogs, snaps or snap trim... velcro.

TIPS: - Make a muslin version first to make sure it fits correctly,
unstitch the muslin and use that as your final pattern .
- Use buttonhole elastic for the underneatch strap and sew
in an extra button so that it is adjustable.
