Neuer linearer DC-Servomotor, Serie LM 0830
FAULHABER erweitert sein Portfolio mit einem neuen leistungsstarken Linear-DC-Servomotor auf
Basis der innovativen QUICKSHAFT®-Technologie.
Der LM 0830 ... 01 mit seinen Abmessungen von nur 8x12x30 mm und einem Gewicht von 17
Gramm bringt bei voller Leistung eine Spitzenkraft bis zu 2,74 N. Der Läuferstab mit einem
Durchmesser von 4 mm ist in verschiedenen Hublängen von 15 bis 40 mm verfügbar.
Der neue lineare DC-Servomotor beinhaltet als Feedbacksystem 3 analoge Hallsensoren. Die 3 um
120° verschobenen Ausgangssignale werden von einem externen Motion Controller zur Kommutierung und zur Regelung verwendet. Mit diesem integrierten Feedbacksystemen ist der Motor ohne
ein weiteres Gebersystem zu betreiben. Die optimal abgestimmten FAULHABER Motion Controller
sind mit RS232 und mit CAN-Schnittstelle erhältlich. Die kostenlose Software “Motion Manager”
macht es einfach den Antrieb für die gewünschten Fahrprofile zu programmieren.
Der Miniaturantrieb eignet sich besonder für lineare Antriebslösungen im Mikrobereich, bei denen
eine lange Lebensdauer ohne Wartungsaufwand sowie hohe Effizienz bei geringem Strombedarf
gefragt sind.

A little addition with BIG performance...
New linear DC servomotor, series LM 0830
FAULHABER extends its portfolio of linear DC servomotors with the addition of a new, smaller, high
performance linear DC servomotor based on its innovative QUICKSHAFT® technology.
The LM 0830 ... 01 series linear DC servomotor, measuring just 8x12x30 mm and a weighing only
17 grams, provides a peak force of up to 2,74 N. The forcer rod, with a diameter of 4 mm, is available in different rod lengths ranging from 15 to 40 mm.
The new linear DC servomotor includes 3 analogue hall sensors for position and speed control
feedback eliminating the need for an additional encoder in most applications. The 3 output signals,
are 120° phase shifted, and are used by an external motion controller for commutation and speed
and position control. The FAULHABER MCLM series motion controllers are available with RS232
and with CAN interfaces. The easy to use “Motion Manager” software makes parameter adjustment
and motion control simple and fast.
This micro sized powerhouse is suitable for application in all fields where high precision linear
movement in the most compact dimensions is necessary. The motors are highly efficient and maintenance free. Based on their simple frictionless design the motors provide extremely long operational lifetimes.

Nouveau servomoteur CC linéaire, série LM 0830
La famille des servomoteurs CC linéaires – technologie QUICKSHAFT® – s’enrichit d’un nouvel
actionneur, plus petit mais puissant.
Le LM 0830 ... 01, d’un encombrement de 8x12x30 mm pour une masse de 17 grammes, exerce, à
pleine puissance, une force de pointe pouvant atteindre 2,74 N. La tige mobile, d’un diamètre de
4 mm, se décline en deux courses standards de 15 et 40 mm.
Ce nouveau servomoteur CC linéaire intègre trois capteurs à effet Hall analogiques. Un contrôleur
de mouvement exploite, pour la commutation et la régulation, leurs trois signaux de sortie, déphasés
de 120°. Par conséquent, le moteur n’a besoin d’aucun autre système de capteur. Les contrôleurs
de mouvement FAULHABER sont disponibles avec interface RS232 et CAN. Le logiciel « Motion
Manager » fourni, facilite la programmation de l’actionneur en fonction des profils de marche voulus.
Le LM 0830 répond aux exigences d’entraînement linéaire d’encombrement minimal. Ces moteurs
sont particulièrement recommandés partout où l’on demande une longévité élevée, une absence de
maintenance, ainsi qu’une grande efficacité liée à une faible consommation.
