In occasione della prossima elezione del Parlanrento europeo, fissata tra íl
22 e íI 25 maggío 2014 anche i cittadini degli altri Paesi dell'Unione
Europea potranno votate in Italìa per i membri del Fadamenùo europeo
spettanti all'Italia inoltrando apposita domanda al sindaco del cornune di

Nei primo caso, la sottoscrizione della domanda in Presenza del
dipendente addetto, non sarà soggetta ad autenticazione; in caso di

formal application must be submitted to the rnayor of the municipality of
residence.
The said application form can be collected at the municipal offices and ìt is

reeistered mail bv 24th Februarv,2074.
If the application is personally handed in, it is not necessary to have your
sígnature attested. If sent by mail, a photocopy of the applicanfs identity card

A l'occasion des prochaines élections du Parler,nent européen qui aurotrt
lieu du 22 au 25 Mai 2014 mème les ressortissants des pays de fUe
résidant en Italie pourront voter en lralie pour les membres attribues à
I'Italie enenvoyant un formulaire au Maire de la Commune de résidence.
Le formulaire gui est disponible à la Mairie ou suÍ Internet:

Dans te premier cas. le formulaire sera signé d.evant le fonctionnaire
reqponsable et il n'est pas donc nécessaire l'authentification. Dans le cas
d'envoi par lettre recommandée, le formulaire dewa étre accomPagne
d'une photocopie non authentifiée d'un document d'identíté du signataire
(art. 38 alinéa 3 du Décret Présidentiel no445 du28l12l2ffi).
Le sígnataire qui remplie le formulaire dewa indiql,rer ses données
d'identificaH"on (nom, prénom, lieu et date de naissance) et déclarer
expressíment ce qui suit:

Anlàsslich der nàchsten zwisdrm dem. 22" l'/lal r:nd 25. Mai 2014
stattfindenden Wahl zum Europàischen Parlarnent, erhalten auch die
Búrger anderer Lànder der Europàischen Union die Móglichkert, in Italien
ihre Stimme ftir die an Italien zugesdrriebenen Verheter, wenn sie einen
entsprechenden Antrag bei dern ftir ihren Wohnsitz zustàndigen
Biirgermeister stellen.
Der Antrag - das Formular ist bei der Gemeinde zugànglich oder irn
erhàiltlidr - mu$s

yor dem 2,t. FebnrFr ,2Q14 personlich eingereicht werden oder per
Einschreiben bei der zustàndi gen Gemeinde eingegangen sein.
Im ersten FalL kann das Unterzeichen des Antrages unter Beisein eines
zustiindigen Beamten ohne Beglaubigwrg gestellt werden' WiÎd der
Antrag jedoch auf dem Postweg zugestellt, muss ihm eine unbeglaubigfe
Fotokòpie des Personalausweises beigelegt werden (Art.38, Absatz 3 DPR
